The were minor issues I had when using the app. Examples: glitches, long upload wait times, constant timed out error messages. However, it didn’t bother me as much because I loved having access to my back office, my volume, and being able to place orders so quickly (minus the upload wait time) but it also made it easy when I was speaking with a potential prospect or customer. I could show them things they the app vs having to log into my website. But now...I can’t use the app at all. It says that the app is only for market partners pro users. Is that right? Why? Will you be making another usable app for non pro market partners?
No longer allows Market Partners
I was using the app and it was so helpful and convenient. It allowed me to quickly access things because I work 24 he shift and have to constant leave and come back to what I’m doing, the app made my life easier rather than having to login on a website every time. I changed my phone the other day and went to log into the MONAT Vibe app and it says it’s only for Market Partner - Pro. Which basically means they want us to pay to use the app. I think this is ridiculous. This app helps us sign up ViPs faster and show product info to people quicker than me having to go through the website.
Monat is going downhill fast
This app is just the tip of the iceberg! Monat is going downhill fast! While their products are amazing and top of the line, the company itself is terrible. They have, by far, the worst customer service of any company I’ve ever dealt with! They charge your card without notice and then no one can fix the mistakes! They blame it on website glitches and claim the only department that can fix these problems can only be contacted via email. SCAM!!!! I had been using this app for months without a problem but after the last update it won’t let me log in and says I need to pay $99 a year to have access to my account via the app. Yet another scam! I wish we could get these products without having to deal with the company! What a disappointment!!!
Best company ever
Best company ever. My hair is so glad Monat came into my life. My hair was aweful before Monat. They care about their market partners, the customers. They go above and beyond to support everyone. I love their gratitude. They are constantly giving back and means the world to me when they give back to the wounded warriors project. 💙💙💙💙💙
Great Products and Support
Customer service is always kind and helpful. The products do what they say, and last a long time because they are quality. Not cheap stuff at the drugstore. So happy to have found this company!

This company have the best access to the back office , you can join ppl from the app really easy and get all the info from the company . Ppl complaining about bc has no patience for . Is the best never have any problem
Makes access easy
I use my app all the time! Makes access to my back office so much easier than having to log into a computer. There have been some glitches. Hopefully those will get resolved.

This app does everything I need it to do to run my large business. This app in connection with The Connect app is a powerhouse.
COMPLICATED AND USELESS
I can NEVER accomplish what I want on the app. Apps are supposed to make the process easier, yours makes it harder than just signing in online from my phone. There is always complications and glitches. I can't see the whole screen due to weird promotional boxes, I can't navigate anything with ease because of the setup! PLEASE FIX IT
Bug when placing order
I’m trying to make a purchase but on the screen to enter my information in, my cart and PV info is stuck at the bottom which blocks me from entering my information. It’s Black Friday and the stuff is selling out fast & I don’t want to miss out because the app doesn’t work. PLEASE FIX!!!!!

I love this app. But it’s saying to update been all through my app to try and update nothing
New update is terrible
I can not place an order or finish a flex shop because the app keeps freezing. I have to close it out to get it to unfreeze and then it empties my cart. By the time I’m able to actually order something, the promo will be over 🙄 .
App needs constant update
Apps are shortcuts and convenient. It’s annoying every time I log in the app, it constantly needs updates.
