I have had nothing but problems with both Customer Service and the Websites! If they want to be an Internet Based Business with Direct Marketing they need to stop financially taking advantage! Have decent Websites and back office for us! FIX THE DARN PROBLEMS ALREADY! I’M STILL WAITING OVER A MONTH TO BE ABLE TO USE MONAT CONNECT. Not only that but charging $20 a month for a substandard “Pro” version...its the worst thing ever...but if we want to use Vibe or Connect we must purchase it. I don’t think anything is Beta tested or it wouldn’t be available.
Nobody will give you Corporate names and address to write a letter. Now they are charging us an increased renewal fee as Market Partner! Really...you make money off of our hard work and our Social Media! I have 5 Social Media sites.
The products are great, management needs a definite overhaul...very bad decisions made at the top.
Take care of us, fix these issues. Retrain and hire competent Customer Service agents. Only a very small percentage is any good and even they are baffled by what isn’t being done.
We also should have a direct line into Tech support. They do a whole lot of nothing.

I don’t understand with technology in this day and age that MyMonat is not available to a Market Partner? Now I am not able to order via app? Why? Please allow us to order again. I am more likely to purchase items after viewing them on my phone, than going on my computer which is rarely with me. Oh, and shipping is supposed to be free for MP and I was charged for shipping!

As a VIP customer using the website on my phone is very stressful. An app designed for a phone screen would be much more convenient! Make an app available for customers! Lots of people would appreciate!

I can NEVER accomplish what I want on MyMonat . Apps are supposed to make the process easier, yours makes it harder than just signing in online from my phone. There is always complications and glitches. I can't see the whole screen due to weird promotional boxes, I can't navigate anything with ease because of the setup! PLEASE FIX IT

MyMonat was suppose to make it easy to signup customers and place orders, except they want you to pay $20/mo to use MyMonat. App works great with some bugs, but this needs to be affordable. It’s not like MyMonat is all that, I’ve run into apps far profitable than this cost less per year. Redonkulous.

I’m trying to make a purchase but on the screen to enter my information in, my cart and PV info is stuck at the bottom which blocks me from entering my information. It’s Black Friday and the stuff is selling out fast & I don’t want to miss out because MyMonat doesn’t work. PLEASE FIX!!!!!

I feel like MyMonat should be free, just how the website is free, this should be free too. I think it’s ridiculous that you have to pay for MyMonat. It’s obnoxious af. Especially us market partners, we need MyMonat for free. It’s easier for us to make orders & sign up people thru an app like this then of waiting to go home log into ur laptop and make orders and sign people. It should totally be free. MyMonat shouldn’t make it harder for us, as we already are working off our butts to get somewhere, why can’t MyMonat be for free? It’s common sense really. There is no reason for you guys to charge us to use MyMonat what so ever.

MyMonat is just the tip of the iceberg! Monat is going downhill fast! While their products are amazing and top of the line, the company itself is terrible. They have, by far, the worst customer service of any company I’ve ever dealt with! They charge your card without notice and then no one can fix the mistakes! They blame it on website glitches and claim the only department that can fix these problems can only be contacted via email. SCAM!!!! I had been using MyMonat for months without a problem but after the last update it won’t let me log in and says I need to pay $99 a year to have access to my account via MyMonat . Yet another scam! I wish we could get these products without having to deal with the company! What a disappointment!!!

Loved the ease and use of MyMonat but now it says only for MP?? So now I have to pay $20 a month for access?? Shouldn’t MPs have use to tools that can grow their business without having to spend more money each month? And $20 is a lot for a back office!

Always have a problem with it recognizing my login info, saying I’m not a MP. Too frustrating so deleted it.

I was using MyMonat and it was so helpful and convenient. It allowed me to quickly access things because I work 24 he shift and have to constant leave and come back to what I’m doing, MyMonat made my life easier rather than having to login on a website every time. I changed my phone the other day and went to log into the MONAT Vibe app and it says it’s only for Market Partner - Pro. Which basically means they want us to pay to use MyMonat . I think this is ridiculous. MyMonat helps us sign up ViPs faster and show product info to people quicker than me having to go through the website.

I use my app all the time! Makes access to my back office so much easier than having to log into a computer. There have been some glitches. Hopefully those will get resolved.

Best company ever. My hair is so glad Monat came into my life. My hair was aweful before Monat. They care about their market partners, the customers. They go above and beyond to support everyone. I love their gratitude. They are constantly giving back and means the world to me when they give back to the wounded warriors project. 💙💙💙💙💙

Customer service is always kind and helpful. The products do what they say, and last a long time because they are quality. Not cheap stuff at the drugstore. So happy to have found this company!

This company have the best access to the back office , you can join ppl from MyMonat really easy and get all the info from the company . Ppl complaining about bc has no patience for . Is the best never have any problem

I can not place an order or finish a flex shop because MyMonat keeps freezing. I have to close it out to get it to unfreeze and then it empties my cart. By the time I’m able to actually order something, the promo will be over 🙄 .

Apps are shortcuts and convenient. It’s annoying every time I log in MyMonat , it constantly needs updates.

The were minor issues I had when using MyMonat . Examples: glitches, long upload wait times, constant timed out error messages. However, it didn’t bother me as much because I loved having access to my back office, my volume, and being able to place orders so quickly (minus the upload wait time) but it also made it easy when I was speaking with a potential prospect or customer. I could show them things they MyMonat vs having to log into my website. But now...I can’t use MyMonat at all. It says that MyMonat is only for market partners pro users. Is that right? Why? Will you be making another usable app for non pro market partners?
