It is not possible to open any article including the ones about me
I can't open any articles on my NS app. I have signed out and back in, and have deleted and reloaded the app on many occasions. I called the helpline and was told that the tech team were working on an issue. But no updates or email messages to let me know when I can expect the issue to be resolved.
Like @Iain Smith, I am having the same problem. The app shows the magazines available, which can be selected but clicking on the individuals within a magazine issue does nothing. First noticed this yesterday morning (Thursday 11 April). It was working fine the previous evening.
Hello. I can open the magazine but get no response when trying to open individual articles.
