Can’t get audio and video on my Reuters app. Just happened today as far as I know. I have restarted my iPad Air. First it was just audio then after restart I got video no audio. ? ? Please fix this?
iPhone app black screen
Just won't load the news. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled but same problem.

I have successfully registered --twice. Now, for the third time in as many months, I'm being asked to do so again having reached my article limit.
Unable to use on iPhone. Keeps saying no internet connection but internet is fine. This has been going on since I installed app months ago. Only connected a couple times.
Spinning logo with "something went wrong". Force stop/clear cache, would not clear. After a minute I could clear it and it works now
When I open my Reuters app, the screen is black. I know I could delete it and re-install, but when I tried that with another app, I was unable to get that app back on my phone screen. Any ideas about what I should do?
When I start the videos it plays the start up sequence but never lists the "top Stories." It then jumps to the last story on the list and plays 15-20 seconds and stops. I have the app installed on my phone and on a tablet and I get the same results on both. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, clearing the cache, clearing user data, but nothing has fixed the problem. This has been going on for several days now.
Reuters app on Amazon Firestick 4K not working. Intro starts then after 5 seconds say "something went wrong " with a button "retry" which is an endless loop. Please advise a fix if one exists.
I hope you can help this app is misbehaving.
Two days in a row the sequences come up but the screen just spins indefinitely as though it is trying to launch
App will not open. Uninstall/reinstall/reboot makes no difference.
