Refrain from using MobiKwik. They are liars, cheats and scammers. This was suppose to be direct payment from my card linked to mobiqwik to be paid to merchant. Instead I see that they have stopped that transaction with a reasoning that “Account not found” and added that debited amount to Mobiqwik wallet and now that I retried & paid with wallet cash using same account details the cashback the amount came as super cash and not directly to my card as cashback as advertised.
When I try to raise a ticket they blocked my account and tried to call customer care but after waiting to get connected for over 22 mins I gave up.
I will get my money back as I used my Amex Card but you people be aware as you cannot trust these dumbs.
Make sure that you know about this app’s UPI data leak. Sad to see them being in denial despite lot of links out there proving this to us, the public. They are intact flagging all such tweets and links. Shame!!!
Whenever i try to login it just shows QR unable to use it no customer care response worst experince fom this app
Never put your money in this app wallet when i tried transfer back into my account they charged me $50 what a scam 2% fee on to transfer your money on your own account and there is stupid limits and had to wait 30 minutes for every upi transaction and monthly limit got exhausted and my money got stuck this is biggest scam what a trash wallet dont use it
Unable to use mobile number not recognized error and no support options
It will not let me sign up because my number is invalid but I am using a valid number and when I try to get help I can not for the same reason.
Super cash is useless as we r linited to use only 5%. And another checkpoint is on the limitation of Payback points redemption. But MobiKwik is so gud and fast if these items can be rectified I would definitely consider using this app again
Be aware.. your supercash Will expire very frequently and you can only use 5% of your available supercash plus there is a minimum transaction limit of 500 if you want to use your supercash.
MobiKwik is just looting it’s customers. They charge you a little less while adding the money but charge way too big while withdrawing the money. Worst app.
They will credit waste load of supercash to your wallet to make you happy but it will ultimately expire with no use at all
While adding money, after it asks us to enter the OTP, it does not allow us to enter it. It says "processing your transaction". It will only detect automatically. My SIM card was in another phone, so I could not even complete my transaction!
What kind of fools created MobiKwik?
This does not work in the US Don’t waste your time downloading it guys I live in Louisiana and it wouldn’t let me put in my number found out about MobiKwik on google tho trying to get some quick cash
It was a wonderful app until a while back but now there are not enough cash back opportunities while super cash is of not much use
I've used MobiKwik a few times to recharge my parents and my phones. It works great and their support is also good.
In addition it gives multiple ways to add money to your wallet. I'm a real fan of MobiKwik.
