Ford Pass When I log on and put my vin number in for my 2020 Ford Fusion Plug in the app says I needed My Ford Mobile app. When I downloaded that app and log in it tell me its been discontinued use Ford Pass. I can't set my value charging from the car only through the My Ford Mobile app which again doesn't work anymore

How to fix MyFord app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MyFord app on iPhone
Update MyFord app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MyFord iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MyFord on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MyFord network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MyFord Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MyFord not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MyFord App
1. On android, goto Settings » MyFord » click [Force Stop]

Update MyFord to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MyFord App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MyFord » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MyFord.

Fix MyFord unable to contact server/ MyFord internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MyFord » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MyFord » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MyFord
