Cloze Relationship Management Reviews

I've spent about two weeks on trial accounts with at least 15 different CRM or contact management apps and it actually took me awhile to find Cloze on CRM comparison websites. It may not fit the power user but has some unique features not found in most of the other apps I've tried. Cloze is great for building relationships, reconnecting (and reminding you) with contacts you've been out of touch with and just a great tool built around relationships and keeping track of tasks, deals and appointments. It's a joy to use and has great social media integration. It has two way email sync and tracking. I found the amount of information it populates the system with amazing and I hope the company continues to develop and refine it.

I used this software for 3 months and then we moved to Pipedrive. The reason we moved away is extremely chaotically organized email. Not scalable for bigger projects. So basically if you grow your software will not be helpful anymore. The first biggest reason that entire platform is extremely slow. The chaos in emails is crazy, you can look 5 mins into your emails and can’t understand which email was first and which one was second.
Another huge problem is phone integration or T-Mobile connection in particular. (Didn’t try with other providers) I contacted their support at least 15 times and every time instead of fixing they just reset connection and asked me to login again which never fixed the problem. Support is not well educated and not responsive. While you need real time support instead they are over email and not fast. I am dealing with CRM integration and personally do not recommend to install this software. Try something else, I have already wasted my time. Maybe ClozeRelationshipManagement is good but app is just a one feature of the CRM but not something you should make your decision based on when choosing your platform.

I can’t even begin to express my disappointment with ClozeRelationshipManagement and their company. I have done my best to not write a review on here because I really hate to do that but I feel taken advantage of by this company. A CRM should make managing my contacts more efficient and organized. Cloze CRM has so many issues that I have spent countless amounts of time just to get it to work properly. Thanks to ClozeRelationshipManagement I barely stay in touch with my contacts anymore. I constantly have to reach out for support and not once have they either fixed the issue or offered some sort of resolution. I was a sucker and paid for a year in advance based on the features that were sold to me. All of those features do not work properly for me and as a result this CRM is basically worthless for my purposes. Worse yet, the company doesn’t seem to care. They got my money. Well, now I’m just trying to save someone else from going down the same mistaken path as me. Save your money people. I guess I probably will have to complain to Apple now too. It’s just more wasted time. I really hate to be negative but just want people to have an honest review!

Don’t let the ugly and archaic UI fool you, ClozeRelationshipManagement is extremely powerful from a functionality standpoint. I tried about 20 different CRMs and none have this feature set. And shockingly it’s only $20/month for pro when all the others are $60/m or more.

I’d really like to see Instagram DMs and Facebook messages incorporate. I wish that search pulled results from notes. I wish the sales pipeline had a functional Kansan view in mobile. I wish tags were listed without having to search. Definitely would like more customization options. And of course I’d love to see a sexy speak design (and in particular something done about the laborious settings menu).

With all that said I’m very pleased and highly recommend. The more paying users they have the more I imagine ClozeRelationshipManagement will grow and improve.

I was hesitated to use close again since I use it two years ago and it was hard for me to navigate through the email inbox. Since then, Cloze has added a lot of features that are absolutely incredible and must-have. I went through a period of two years of searching for the best CRM system and I finally found it. It’s not perfect, there are glitches here and there but the customer support will literally respond within an hour.
The system offers everything top realtor would need in one place: email, contact management, follow up system, transaction management, etc.

I’m a new real estate agent and before that I had no idea what CRM was. My office is small and they do not have a CRM for agents to use so I was left off without any tools.
I tried many CRM softwares but as a complete beginner, I was very confused about how they worked. Until I found Cloze, it was so easy to use and very robust data tool. I was dreading input data from my phone to the software but Cloze did it automatically. It’s integrated into my phone, email and computer, so they’re updated simultaneously.
I love how they stream lined and systematized everything for me so I can start making calls to my contacts right away!
Also they’re customer support is really helpful. I’ve been recommending Cloze to all my friends!

I’m a busy executive and rarely write reviews.. but I’m so blown away by ClozeRelationshipManagement I just had to.

I’ve been using this for almost 2 weeks. I integrated my social media accounts, mobile number, multiple email accounts and multiple Google Drives. The fact that it pulls together all public info, all communications, all files about all your contacts and show all of it in one screen is one of the most useful features... especially when I didn’t have to manually enter or re-tag anything.

I’ve gotten back in touch with contacts that I lost touch with a for years. There still are some functionalities that I have not used yet, but signing up for the Pro version is a no brainer if using for any kind of business.

There is one functionality that I wish it had and that is to automatically track LinkedIn messaging. But that’s not Cloze’ shortcoming.. it’s because LinkedIn doesn’t provide activity tracking in their API.. so no one else has that functionality either.. I just logged them manually.

Give it a try. You won’t be sorry.

First of all, I don’t recall receiving any pop ups bugging me to rate it. I started using the free addition, liked it enough to get the pro. Once you get the pro version start using it for a week you’ll come to the same conclusion-you won’t be able to live without it. ClozeRelationshipManagement reacts just about everything! I even got rid of my industry CRM and am now only using CLOZE. And I’ve Clozed more deals, and building better relationships with my clients, prospects.

Great concepts but buggy and slow. Even when the iPhone worked I’d have to refresh multiple times and could take 15mins to sync.
ClozeRelationshipManagement was ok for several months. It was hard to setup and way too many functions. Needs to be simplified.. we don’t want to work on your software all the time. It should be easy and just work. Drop all the bells & whistles because it just makes it slow and buggy.
Then I was playing with the phone sync settings and then my iPhone wouldn’t sync. I spent hours doing what they website said to do to fix. Nothing.. multiple emails of them telling me to do what I had already done. Spent another two hours do exactly what they said. Still won’t work. It’s just crappy software with support that wants to send you a link to something you have already tried.

Cloze May have cool features that they advertise but beware once your trial is ending their system will say that the cost is only $16 a month to continue the service. Then once the trial ends their system will recommend a higher priced plan based on your feature usage. Most likely you will choose that plan, but later find out you will have to again upgrade to a higher monthly plan because the recommended plan didn’t include all the features used during the trial. This causes you to lose key features that you thought you got when upgrading the subscription. The process is a bit misleading so make sure you get the correct plan upfront so that you don’t lose a ton of data that was previously input into the CRM once you purchase the “recommended” plan...

I was looking for an app that would integrate all my email accounts; keep track of contacts, to-do's, and recurring projects; send me reminders; and integrate with my calendar and Evernote. This does all that and more (even keeps track of my phone calls, and can do the same with social media but I haven't decided on connecting those yet). Plus, it: tells me if and when someone opens an email I sent them; has 'mail merge' functionality, allowing me to send personalized emails in bulk; and prompts me to reach out to someone I have not been in contact with for a while. Great for small business owner and for just generally staying organized and on task.

I have been using Cloze for two years now, and can’t live without it! It has many great features you need to learn how to use.

My favorite feature means you never have to type a contact in two places... Your CRM and your phone. I have all my contacts sync with my phone and tablet and vice versa.

My calendar syncs, my To-do list from my phone syncs to the agenda, and so does any other To-do’s I create for a client or prospective client.

I see some bad reviews on here by people who do not understand how to work the program. It is not that complicated, but once you know how to do a few things you are off to the races. It is worth every penny and more.

My other favorite feature is I use Evernote for client information. I can see all their Evernote notes, emails and phone calls all in the timeline. This is an amazing CRM. Anytime I have had trouble, which is rare, support has always been very helpful! Don’t buy another CRM... Ditch Outlook and G-Suite. This does so much more and better!

App is really good. Documentation is terrible. If you can't find a feature, reach out to help desk and they are really helpful, but it seems like even they sometimes don't know the answer and you just have to do a trial and error process yourself. The AI is incredibly useful, and I hope they continue to make this a more polished and refined product. In case anyone who does not have a M1 mac is wondering, when you look at ClozeRelationshipManagement store it says ClozeRelationshipManagement is only compatible with m1 macs. Well what that actually means is that you can run the iPad app on the desktop, and there is not a dedicated desktop app. You can only see that information if you open ClozeRelationshipManagement store on a M1 mac.

I am so glad I found ClozeRelationshipManagement. Finally, I have the relief of feeling organized.
I am an small business owner, doing all sales personally. With too much going on I kept missing things, which is costly.
What I love:
- Incredible level of automation and analysis
- G-Suite integration
- Evernote integration. Scanned a business card and the contact is immediately in the CRM. Ahh...😌
- Cell phone calling log integration
- Advanced email tracking (who opened the email, on what device, where, what links they clicked and when)
- The feature “remind me to contact this person if they do not respond to my email”
- Customizable process structure and info fields
- Very cool filters including “distance” to contact
- and more!

I am truly grateful for this product because it immediately made my life and my business better. Thank you, Cloze team! I hope you use my subscription money to keep on rocking! 🤘

I tried this out a few years ago and dropped it. I regret it! Re-tried a few weeks ago and just subscribed.

This is a great replacement for my CRM - not 100% of what I’m leaving but simpler and easier to manage by far.

Would love some improvements like email sub folder management - right now the only thing I can do is archive/delete.

Would love to turn an email into a todo.

Would love to be able to connect people with a task without that creating their contact type to change to “broker.”

Would love to understand the timeline of deals - the default start dates and end dates don’t make sense to me, and going through changing them is equally confusing. What is a “start date,” after all?

Would love to be able to manually “clear” a calendar all-day event from the agenda.

All in all, this is a very solid program and with the inclusion of a web portal is a game changer. Not to mention the incredible service & support I’ve received as I’ve had a few connection issues here and there.

This is one of the most useful apps I have found for my two businesses. It keeps track of emails, phone calls, notes, and text messages by contact without having to manually log everything which I don’t have time for. However, the cost is quite high. I have just started using this so I will have to see if the cost is worth it. But it is wonderful being able to see all of the interactions and notes about certain contacts in one place rather than opening and searching in multiple apps.

The first day I used Cloze I searched for notes that I had used to contact a new customer. The new customer had delayed getting intouch with me so when he did finally reach put my memory had lapsed on why he would be a good new customer. Incredibly, I searched for his name and several items popped up. Honestly, I doubt I would have found them on my own. That was impressive.
Why four stars? Because I don't understand what I can and can't do with Cloze. Do I just keep using my regular apps like Outlook, Fantastical, Evernote, etc.? Need training to have some confidence in this apparently remarkable app.

Truly enjoying ClozeRelationshipManagement. The way it pulls info from so many different sources, the feature that links it straight to my phone account is so legit, it not only keeps me on top of managing clients but it also helps me stay in touch with personal contacts as well. Oh and the email tracking/ scheduling is very key. Look if you manage a clientele base download ClozeRelationshipManagement, you'll love it, and your going to delete the other 3 or 4 apps you use for everything that this single app does already.

I’m looking forward to learning more and utilizing it for my 2000 contacts. However, I have two issues. One, I do not see the ability to create groups. Two, I do not see the ability to send group/mass texts. Many times I communicate to small groups of 10 to 20 people, based on the city, state, or a common category such as buyer, seller, broker - by text.

The iPhone does not allow a simple way to send mass texts, so I thought maybe ClozeRelationshipManagement would. Any plans to enable the creation of groups and categories, or sending of mass texts?

I’m a professional public speaker. I purchased this tool at the recommendation of other speakers. Since then, I have completely abandoned my mail apps in favor of Cloze. The Agenda feature is great, and I love the flexibility of the tool. Since I started, I upgraded to the business version and included an employee, who I share deals with. Best CRM tool for my needs. And I can’t say enough good things about the quality of service and technical support. Very responsive, professional, and generally nice.
