I gave this company a try since it looked like it had cute items. I just wanted the items for my trip that was four weeks away. I figured I had plenty of time. My cart had over 15 items and my total was over $100 only to find out I would have to pay $25 for shipping! Like I said I wanted cute things so I placed the order to get it fast. I went on my trip and never received any of my items and the tracking system they have is a joke! It’s not through the company!!! I came back from my trip to finally get the items, the dresses are ripped and the others have strings hanging off!! Poorly made, not to mention the Jewelry is trash!! I got a pair of earrings with one earring ! Necklace that was bent so I never wore anything!! I tried to return items but the customer has to pay for it outta pocket and they must receive the items within 14 days!!! It’s a joke!!! It took 6 weeks got my items to get to me but I have to pay to return them and make sure it’s within 14 days!!! Like I said WORST PLACE TO SHOP ONLINE SO DONT DO IT!!!

Milanoo for me is the best shopping app I ever had and what I love about it is they have discounts for many things son a buy more things for a cheap price also the points that makes Milanoo app more amazing also I hope they have more Arabic fashion My favorite things about it my favorite things about MilanooFashionShopping is how they offer express shipping which is the fastest method of shipment. These other fast fashion apps don’t provide such a luxury. most times you can get free standards shipping. And with bigger orders free express shipping. This call for super fast shipment (4-7 days max) which is really nice considering where it’s being shipped from. The shipping gives you many options to how you want your item delivered such as a sign release or date change and more.

I’ve never trusted apps like Wish and the like. I assumed this was another source to shop for cheap products that weren’t even worth the cheap costs. But Milanoo is not like those other bargain shopping apps. They have a wide selection of clothes and accessories who’s quality is equal to that of target but at half the expected cost. The return policy is so easy. I’ve ordered clothing that either didn’t fit me well or just looked plain wrong on my body type when I tried it on and Milanoo made the return policy easy and hassle free. Half of my wardrobe has been purchased from Milanoo at this point. It’s just too easy and affordable with daily deals and coupons on top of the already amazing prices.

Milanoo is too goood to be true!! no i’m not a robot haha but i’m a really short 12 yr old girl and MilanooFashionShopping makes everything too easy, paying and shipping. It’s perfect because i can go in the kids area and not find unicorn or justice like stuff i can find more “teenager” clothes and i’m not saying like full body showing i’m actually saying pretty cute and trendy clothes!! it makes it so easy to do everything way more easy then the site tbh.. i love MilanooFashionShopping too much, easy to save things by putting them on ur cart or even just liking them (giving it a heart “<3” ) and u save them for later on!! you can also get so many coupons so easy and it tells u when they expire!! i recommend 100%

I’m not sure why so many reviews not good. However its really excellent shopping experience for me. And I wannna say its not my first order experience but my several buying experience from milanoo! I totally bought 27 items in 5 times including my wedding dress, my girl dress, my mother dress, my honeymoon dresses and etc

5 stars on products! I love 1950 wedding so much, i looked over almost online wedding dress shop, milanoo has the unique and excellent beautiful vintage dresses! I choose 1 style with polka dots and really amazing! Fitting so good! Quality so wonderful!

The so called “customer service” couldn’t be any worst if they tried. The “call us” phone numbers, aren’t even real functional numbers and once you do find the one working number listed on the screen for your orders, it’s a clueless agent who directs you to a different number that’s entirely computer generated and entirely unhelpful. I have been waiting for weeks and still no package and no capable soul available to help me at all. I am warning any unknowing shopper looking for any sort of help within a company, run away from this and save yourself money and a massive headache. Literally this company and it’s incompetence has given me a freaking headache 👎👎👎😡

Although some of their items look cute, trust me, find another company to order from. I originally bought a jacket in December, I finally received it at the end of January. It was entirely off of the measurements adversities and button holes weren’t sewn. I had to pay to ship it back before they would start my return. They received my return about a week after I sent it back. It took two months two send another jacket. I inquired several times about when my jacket would be shipped and was told three different dates. It’s now April, no idea where the jacket is and I have no need for it now.

Milanoo is one of the best online’s App Stores i’ve ever had. The clothes here are so cute and they’re really affordable and you just want to keep shopping more and more, it may sometimes take like maybe one or two weeks to get to your doorstep step depending on what’s going on but Milanoo is definitely a 10 out of 10 best store ever.

I ordered some boots for my Halloween costume. It took 15 days but I mean it’s from China.. There is some bad reviews about the wait time, if you have an important make sure to plan ahead! Besides that, boots fit perfect, exactly what I ordered/wanted. There was never any tracking though and never said I ordered anything but all is good

I love Milanoo because the have a wide range of sizes! I’m in between large and plus sizes, depending on the clothing, and I love that they have clothes for regular sized and above average size people. Prices are amazing. They’ve gotten better on delivery time too! 10/10 would recommend!

I received the jacket & the fur on the hood is white light brown or beige but this isn’t what is on display to buy. I am totally upset. I never saw a fur on a hood that’s white with beige instead of just beige or blended with black. I don’t like it at all & I didn’t order this with a white fur..

The clothes from this site are HORRIBLE and I often order from similar sites (Zaful Shein etc) often. The shoes were alright but I received two clothing items that are EXACTLY like the low budget dress up costumes you’d play with in grammar school when you’re pretending to be a pilgrim or 19th century peasant during a play—made of a thin, rough, felt-like material, with huge visible seams. Can’t pay $50 to ship them back to China for a return so I’m very unhappy w the purchase and customer service to say the least. Feel robbed :(

Aside from Milanoo being a fast fashion brand, it’s absolutely great. Most items are high quality, and as long as you check your measurements, everything will fit. I’ve been using it for years and I’m in love.

Milanoo is one of my favorite stores to shop at I order something from there everyday and they never get my order wrong but there clothes do run big so get a size below what you actually are

I love Milanoo.. I was skeptical at first b/c prices were cheap but I had a family member order from there & she told me about it. So far I’ve ordered 4 things. Shipping is fast and the merch is nice.. Def will be ordering more.. Love this company!

If I could give it negative stars I would. I placed a $100 order in February and was told time and time again to be patient and that it had shipped. Now in August, after numerous attempts to get my money refunded I’m told that I should have contacted them earlier, that by now I should have the merchandise so I should double check and that I should have said something sooner!!!!!!! Still waiting for my refund. Don’t download and don’t buy a single item from these crooks.
