Do you have a subscription with this Company? Have you tried to cancel it?
Be very concerned. They do everything to avoid cancellation! They actually don’t do it
Just had a frustrating couple of hours where the boss was telling me to click on “settings” (as does the user guide), but there was no such menu item. Now I realize he has a large screen iPhone (10,11,12 etc) meanwhile I have only a smaller screen iphone7. Why doesn’t this app have a scroll bar for the home screen when the whole screen won’t fit on these smaller screen?. I have iOS 15.6.1.
Not able to login to this app app with latest ios version. Google SSO option not working.
Opening to open incidents was so much better than whatever it is that you have now. I don’t need another step added to the process when I wake up in the middle of the night.
Feels like an abandoned minimum viable product. You can't even copy alert contents nor can you see long alert titles. So you cannot share alert contents to non-this app users and have to have a computer with you to make up for PagerDuty 'a shortcomings.
The UI is a mess. There's no list for ALL incidents regardless of statue. Not worth my time to point out the obvious beyond this
I’m forced to look at their all inclusive rainbow for a month out of the year. They’re a ripoff and their status page is complete trash, buggy and creates more problems than it’s worth. Stay away from this product.
Leftist garbage agenda pushing their political views in their products.
Yuck!
PagerDuty regularly expires your session and signs you out with no notice. Slightly outdated versions sporadically error when retrieving incidents. If you do not check it every time you are going on call, good luck if accidentally left your phone on silent and are relying on app alerts!
Rich behavior coming from an app that purports to alert you on critical incidents. Perhaps they should consider using their platform for their own apps functionality.
App isn’t bad, but the widget? What is the point of the widget if it just sits there blank for weeks until your schedule is active. To either show when our next schedule is due to start or to show active pages or something …. Anything would be better than just telling me what I know that I am not on-call that day or that I am, both of which are common sense …
Seriously who can read the six point type you’re putting on my screen? I’m supposed to use this for work? Respect my accessibility settings
The sound and vibrate settings don’t actually change the sound and vibration of a notification. Even with vibrate off, a notification triggers vibrations, sometimes INSTEAD of a sound. This is with critical alerts on as well.
The alert tone chosen in settings isn’t played during a notification, instead it’s always the this app default sound…and only when PagerDuty feels like it, not consistently. The only consistent thing in each notification is the vibration. How can users trust PagerDuty to reliably notify them of incidents?
Nothing like being woken up in the middle of the night and when you check PagerDuty , it just has a loading spinner... Forever. I think pager duty needs to use pager duty.
Constant user interface errors and only loads about half the time. It’s like they don’t test these releases at all.
Pgerduty has been one of my favorite tools to use for over 5 years. The tech is amazing.
You UI and UX is not simple, intuitive or informative. If you can fix the UI, this app would be so much more useable. Doesn’t appear to have changed much over the past 5 years
Do I receive overtime pay when I have to acknowledge a alarm after my shift?
Please provide Apple Watch support to acknowledge and resolve alerts on the Apple Watch when the iPhone is not present, using cellular.
I wouldn’t be a highly successful IT professional if it weren’t for this app.
Not sure there’s more to say other than “wow” here. Great app.
This helps for on-call, and also work/life balance as there are modifications you can make in PagerDuty and choose when to be notified. That way your on-call only when you actually are.
Pretty cool now that widgets are available
I was a real pain to setup and get working correctly. I had to play around with JQL to understand what I wanted it to do. Now that everything is set up it’s great. It really helps me to respond to Jira tickets quicker. Since I’m on call all the time I don’t have to check my email constantly anymore. I only use the actual app to acknowledge and resolve tickets so it works great of that.
