Issue reloading doesn t work

The push notifications work. However, the rest does not.
Reloading a list of issues seems to be very complicated because it works only 1 time out of 10 on this app. Usually it is stuck on a "Loading…" screen and never loads. I have to quit the app in order for the loading to be done correctly.
This is unacceptable! And I am unhappy.

Pretty embarrassing for a critical app like this.. how do I downgrade now ?!
The application is terrible

I don't exacly know what's happened but the application started to lag, it was quite straightforward until April 2019 but after that, everything is slow, 3 sec for an in-app ack is not acceptable...
You should guys pay attention to the quality of the app, when ringing at 3am it's an invitation to find another provider.
