ClubPremier reflects how difficult it is to even use your Club Premier points for Aeromexico. Everything just directs you to a landing page that directs you to call. They do not have 24 hour services like the rest of their partners. Just totally unprofessional, especially in this day and age. You need to be able to apply your points with ClubPremier !!!! Get on it AEROMEXICO!

App keeps displaying an error message when I try to log in, however I am able to log in on web and on the Aeromexico app… please fix this issue since ClubPremier is useless

Keeps displaying message “Something went wrong” and can’t log in. Worthless because it can’t be used. Club Premier tends to give you the minimal service possible as a captive client. Maybe that is why the just don’t update ClubPremier.

So ClubPremier Store tells you about ClubPremier in English but once downloaded it’s in Spanish. I got it because I have a flight on AeroMexico and it’s the rewards program, no good to me

Bad UI, and too slow for a bare bones app. It redirects you to a browser, might as well just save a bookmark instead of keeping ClubPremier around.

Given Aeromexico is half owned by Delta, ClubPremier is an ABSOLUTE EMBARRASSMENT for Aeromexico AND DELTA!! The website is no better. Or maybe they are just purposefully making it hard to use so they save on mile redemptions!!

It takes forever to connect and the features are not even close to other airlines apps. Also you have to add your password every time you want to open it. No fingerprints capability.

What is the purpose of ClubPremier? The information doesn’t update on its own, or at least I haven’t figured out what triggers an update. I have to logout/login to see new points transaction updates. Further, your chat and contact page is a web view? That’s just lazy, make it part of the native iOS app otherwise why bother making ClubPremier in the first place?
