Reflection on Club Premier
This app reflects how difficult it is to even use your Club Premier points for Aeromexico. Everything just directs you to a landing page that directs you to call. They do not have 24 hour services like the rest of their partners. Just totally unprofessional, especially in this day and age. You need to be able to apply your points with the app!!!! Get on it AEROMEXICO!

Unable to log in
App keeps displaying an error message when I try to log in, however I am able to log in on web and on the Aeromexico app… please fix this issue since the app is useless

Does not allow to log in
Keeps displaying message “Something went wrong” and can’t log in. Worthless because it can’t be used. Club Premier tends to give you the minimal service possible as a captive client. Maybe that is why the just don’t update this app.
