I finished my invoice and pushed done so I can send it away and it comes up error on the middle of screen

Estimate and invoices wont load and crashes

I can load the joist app on the computer however it is taking forever to load anything. If I try to pull up the app on my phone it will not load at all, eventually I will get the message to check my internet connection. My internet connection is fine and I have checked the modem as well as tried other apps and web pages.

The app won't even open for me to access the live chat. Just a loading line then check Internet connection. Tried on 5G and when on WiFi
