Rug iPhone Issues and Solutions

How to fix Rug app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Rug app on iPhone
Update Rug app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Rug iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Rug on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Rug network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Rug Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Rug not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Rug App
1. On android, goto Settings » Rug » click [Force Stop]

Update Rug to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Rug App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Rug » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Rug.

Fix Rug unable to contact server/ Rug internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Rug » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Rug » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
