I’ve been using the KTLA app for many years recently everything comes out in a large font, and when I go to make it smaller, it stays the same size. I deleted the app completely and reloaded it but I get the same results. Is this a KTLA problem or is it a iPhone problem? Thank you.
We are having issues exiting the app. Have tried deleting and re-uploading the app several times.
On IPad Air I deleted the old app because it was getting glitchy a/f. Can’t reload another app because it just shows me a white screen and won’t do anything, WTF?
on the KTLA website the live news show keeps stopping and won't move on. It keeps repeating
KTLA app will not open on iPhone. It says "UPDATE REQUIRED. Please update to keep using the KTLA App". You click on UPDATE and it takes you to the KTLA App in the App Store. An OPEN button is the only option. No Update. You click the OPEN Button and it takes you back to UPDATE Required message.
App in iPad not working states it needs an update and zero/ none available?
