Lalalab - Photo printing Reviews

This is a really great app, I have no major complaints about it. I’ve been using it for a couple of years for the greeting cards which I use as postcards. I’ve also ordered the calendar and the magnets and I was pleased with professional quality of both products.
Recommendations for the developers -
1. Offer the option of ordering blank postcards. I’d like to send multiple prints to different people and I like to do that in my own handwriting.
2. Allow for different quantities of greeting cards and postcards. I realize that this may involve an increased cost to the consumer, but that option is better than just the current choice of eight (8).
3. Different size magnets would be great and allow for adding text. This way, I’ll never again be distressed about the magnet I forgot to buy before leaving whatever city.

Lalalab is super pretty and well set up when it comes to ordering and finding what you want. But as soon as I started to “upload and transfer” my photos, the whole app froze and eventually crashed. I tried for over a week to do different things such as deleting certain photos, clearing Lalalab and I even tried to get a hold of customer service. (Which didn’t get back to me for an entire week) I sent four emails and even texted the lalabot 5 times and asked for a human assistant and didn’t not get one until I had figured it out myself. I had to cut my order in half and do it separately. Lalalab is very poorly maintained and customer service is slow and poor. I got the notification that my order has been shipped but I didn’t get a tracking number which is very important to me. I didn’t even get an estimated date.

Lalalab is constantly crashing! Like I took the time to select all of my photos for the new photo strips (about 8 times now) and it has crashed just as I’ve hit next every single time! On top of that once I had ordered and only part of my order arrived without any notification as to where the rest of my order was, the customer service was Terrible and took over a week to get back to me. When they did they basically blamed me and said that their app doesn’t crash and that I need to update it (which I did 3 or 4 times). They also claimed they had sent an email with information on my order but that they would resend it for me...load of crap as I never found any info and it certainly wasn’t automatically in my spam folder. Cute products but doubt I’ll ever order from them again because of the way they treat their customers.

Their selection of products is great and when they arrive they come in cute little fitted envelopes. The problem is that is takes forever to be delivered! I’m in California and I swear it took over 3 weeks. Also, Lalalab freezes when you are scrolling through your photos to select what you want printed and that takes forever. If you want to print photos older than 6 months and you have tons of photos like me, don’t. It is a complete headache and probably will freez on you.

Delivery (at least to NYC) is horrible. It’s been three weeks and I still haven’t received half my order. Lalalab does not give updates in the status other than printing and shipping - but that’s not enough. Tracking is key here as my magnets were supposed to be here last week. Also, the quality of the picture I got for the half of the order that was filled was fine but no better than my local Walgreen’s which wouldn’t take two weeks to get to me. The magnetics are not something I saw anywhere else so HOPEFULLY it’s worth the wait - and cost. But I am disappointed in Lalalab.

This company is a total joke. They missed the delivery date by 2 weeks - ruining the gift the printed photos were meant to be as we were no longer in the country nor on the continent by the time they arrived. It was impossible to get any response from their customer service department who I believe to all be bots. When I got a person they couldn’t even find my order and told me nothing had been printed yet - after the delivery deadline had passed. I told them cancel the order and refund me. They totally disregarded my request and printed the photos after the fact and sent them. I don’t know how it’s possible for a company to get it so wrong.

For all of you wondering weather Lalalab delivers what it promises. I can assure you IT DOES. I’m in Spain and they had an issue with my address and could not deliver. They did everything in they power to solve the problem, and managed to get my package to me. Even though it was later than what I wanted, they did their best and I received a complimentary postcard with my order.

Funciona realmente: SI SI SI. this app cumple sus promesas. Estoy en España y hubo un problema con mi dirección de envío. Ellos hicieron todo lo que pudieron para resolver el problema y traerme mi paquete. Aunque llegó tarde, hicieron todo lo posible por dar un buen servicio, resolver y además me regalaron una postal con mi orden.

I frekin love Lalalab!!! It’s so annoying that other apps charge you so much for pictures! I hated that my Polaroid refills were super expensive too !! With this I get amazing pics and I get the opportunity for prizes! This company clearly cares and appreciates their customers and are not purely driven by money . I also love that my pictures are delivered in such a timely matter! Thank you again for existing !!

I got Lalalab because I wanted the Polaroid look, while still being able to edit my photos before printing them.
The printing quality is pretty good, but all they did was print the photos on normal photo paper and cut it out with a white border in the shape of a Polaroid.
With a little work on my part, I get the same look for 9 cents a print instead of 30-45 cents.
I was expecting a better product for the price.

I had previously ordered a photo book. It arrived on time and it was good, except for the front cover: the pictures were not the ones I chose for the cover and two of the photos were repeated. Anyhow, I gave the photo book to a friend, and she really like it. The quality was good and overall, a pretty good item excluding the front cover. I will order from this company again.

I love Lalalab and the quality of the photos! They are absolutely beautiful the only issue is the time I had to wait to revive my photos. I ordered them December 30th and received them January 13th. Other than that I have no complaints and will continue to use Lalalab!

This would be an excellent app but the fact that there isn’t an easy way to change the shipping address makes it an incomplete app. I was satisfied with everything else but because of this problem I wasn’t even able to place my order.

I buy magnets all the time!

Just today, never happened in the past. Having trouble purchasing when putting In my card info Lalalab won’t move forward. Think there is a glitch in Lalalab .

The quality of the pictures are fantastic! The shipping took about two weeks, which was kind of stressful because I was so excited to get my pictures, but the estimated ship time is understandable. Especially considering I’m from the US and it’s being shipped from France. (I’m pretty sure) But overall great company.

Lalalab is fluid and easy to use. Unfortunately, I never received my order. I have reached out several times to request a refund but have not received a reply. Looking through their comments I see that this company has numerous complaints about orders getting “lost” in shipping. If you are looking for goods that this company has I would highly recommend you going through another company

I love Lalalab! It is incredibly easy to use and the quality is amazing! I have been using Lalalab for over two years now and they just keep getting better and better. I am extremely pleased.

I used to use this app. A while ago and kinda stopped. Now I’m coming back and hoping they add some new finishes to their photos like perhaps matte would be great. Regardless I love using them because it’s quick and easy and affordable.

I love this so much it was SUPER easy!! It only took two weeks for my order to ship and I’m in the United States. They are super cute!! I got a box and it was cheap and super convenient it’s a very user friendly app. Would totally recommend!!

I don’t review apps, but i took the time in this occasion. This is by far one of the best apps I have and by probably the best printing photo app. It’s so easy to use, great quality and amazing delivery. I would strongly recommend it. Good job. !!!! 🦖

I looked through a dozen or more options and read way too many articles and reviews before settling on this app as the way to get that beautiful, high gloss, captioned, Polaroid style print.
It’s everything I was looking for, and I did lots of cost comparisons as well. You won’t find a better, more reliable, and reasonably priced option than this!
I only wish that I could use this on my computer as well.
