One of the best online supermarket apps ever. Excellent to use, easy to search and finding by brand is unbelievably fantastic. Unfortunately the actual collection and delivery depends on the store. I tried three around Khobar. The first actually called and commenced shopping, submitted substitutes and delivered on time. But I can’t make them my default so I had to change. The other two were pathetic(Rakha & Rayan). Average was a 5 days from order to delivery. They scale back the time to days from minutes and one experience was so horrific, it took the head office to have them start shopping and they wanted to deliver at midnight ! The shopper couldn’t care that I had work in 6 hrs. They seemed angry I complained. Even the driver was unpunctual and kept me waiting for more than one hour. So great application but after +20 years as a customer, no more shopping at Panda for me or family. COVID showed me which companies really care.

Excellent app the only thing I recommend is to provide more variety of items

I don’t usually don’t write negative reviews but this one deserves it. Not only this time I have most of the items missing the Tide pods that I ordered two quantity of only one was delivered. And when I opened the pack I only found 11 pods(15 pod pack). I won’t be ordering from them again ever.
Every time I order I have missing items. Why would you list the item and then charge me and after deliver I find out most of the items I ordered are not available!

Based on my reading of the positive reviews, I downloaded Pandaبنده expecting Pandaبنده will be a reliable tool to make my grocery shopping through Panda. After choosing all the groceries I needed and completing the order, I chose the date and time for the delivery. The day and time of the delivery came and went without a sign of anyone coming by. Try other apps and uninstall this waste of phone memory app.

I’ve been using Pandaبنده for a while and it’s pretty easy and quick. I just wish that would add more meat than chicken, I’m sick of chicken. Also, the items are a lacking and not as many as they could have.

Excellent Service:
•They call you to make sure your contact number is correct
•They call you to take your approval pf rescheduling
•They call you to tell you you’ll receive a substitution notification in case the product was unavailable
• They call to double check your summary order

PLEASE KEEEEP IT UP DON’T CHANGE TO THE WORST LIKE OTHER APPS DO AFTER GETTING THE GOOD REPUTATION!

bad experience, Im trying to order since 5 days with no luck ,
i fully understand the peak time these days put its not acceptable to find first available time is after one week to deliver my items !!!
It seems that app is new and not ready for the market with the manpower
However, i have found another app with delivery time next day

Pandaبنده freezes a lot and then when my order never arrived there is no response on their support tab and their customer support number so they took the money for the order and will not give me the order or tell me why it never came

Bad service, bad app and everything. I’m assuming all the good reviews are by you or someone you paid. There’re lots of different service and service providers, you could’ve chosen better, or at least have minimum quality requirements for your product considering that you’re a known company.

1- they withdraw the whole amount $$ and they only bring 50% of the groceries(lately)
2- the refund for the unavailable groceries takes 7 days.
3-they have committed mistakes like bringing me double the amount of groceries, then they charged me for it, yet I didn’t order it.
4- every complaint I reported was not solved.

You can make your order easily but you can’t communicate with them afterwards besides you can’t track your order and the service is very very slow they always come few hours later without any notice or sometimes they don’t come

It so good to buy at your own convenience time
I really love using Pandaبنده

The order delivery was on time however,out of 32 items , 12 were canceled and I didn’t get any notification before hand, trying to call costumer service with no response. I don’t recommend using Pandaبنده .

It was all good till Pandaبنده is bugged and it just close right after it start please fix , thank you so much for this great job

I dont see any option for payment. If i click on chat then payments option pop up. Now if i choose online payment, it says transaction failed but if i click on apple pay “nothing happens”

App needs more enhancements, fonts size and color

Because our location is out of there delivery system Pandaبنده not allow us to check the store.

تطبيق جداً سئ ولا يستحق نجمه واحدة اتمنى تعديله ليتيح المجال لكل الزبائن بالاطلاع على الاسعار سواءً ضمن نظاق الخدمة أو لا.
A very bad application and does not deserve one star. I hope to modify it to allow all customers to see the prices, whether within the scope of the service or not.

The only reason of not giving full mark is high price for home delivery .

I tried several time to buy thru da app but nothing happens, Pandaبنده is westing ur time I don't recommend.
