Close and restart the IBX app on iPhone
Update IBX app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall IBX iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix IBX on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve IBX network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix IBX not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent IBX app issues:

Force Stop the IBX App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click IBX app. » click "Force Stop".

Update IBX to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear IBX App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "IBX app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch IBX.

Fix IBX unable to contact server/ IBX internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click IBX » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got IBX » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch IBX on android.
