Never works properly can't pay my bill through 2degrees most of the time and now with the update "connection failure occurred"
I updated 2degrees and now it won't open. Every time I try I get this message, "A connection failure occurred." Nice going, this app. How am I supposed to check my account and top up now? I'd give it zero stars if I could.
Old app was extremely basic but was at the least working. New one is *thumbs down*.
2degrees is out of date & barely works properly
Crashes a lot. Will not process payments.

When I got the sim card and top up for $20 I was not informed that for data usage better get a value pack.
As a result, I was charge 50 cents for 1 MB. What a scam uh? My 20 was over so fast.
When I call the help center to find out what happened, the above was explained to me, and I felt disappointed. Worse, the person was trying to get more out of me by asking to further top up to get value pack. I M better off to use roaming from my provider.
Is the whole thing designed to gotcha? Seems like that to me. I just wish the call center accepted this as one time problem, apologize and help with discount or something to that effect instead of trying to sell.
Just tried to mange data sharing and it keeps say “oops something went wrong”
I rated it 4 out of 5 because I can't open 2degrees and simply, at a glance, see the available data, text and minutes at once. Instead I have to tap into each section to view them individually. This is quite an inconvenience and hope that they resolve with updated releases.
I’m liking it
Had been using "Consume" and was very happy…till it stopped working (couldn't retrieve data and troubleshooting wasn't effective). This is a very good replacement.
