New update is terrible

I updated the app and now it won't open. Every time I try I get this message, "A connection failure occurred." Nice going, 2degrees. How am I supposed to check my account and top up now? I'd give it zero stars if I could.
Useless app

Never works properly can't pay my bill through this app most of the time and now with the update "connection failure occurred"

Old app was extremely basic but was at the least working. New one is *thumbs down*.
