The Raley's app keeps draining my battery.

I’m not buying alcohol. Why is my order not eligible for pay at pickup?

Your app is not working. when Clip an item you block it?

Raleys has recently changes it's amazing on line shopping experience. 1. I now have to log in (didn't have to before but the site recognized me) 2. before the shopping categories were in a tab line across the top (eg. dairy, pantry, deli and etc.) One click and a drop down menu allowed me to quickly navigate to the food I wanted. Now it takes two steps to get a list of categories and then another two clicks to get to the actual food category.. 3. When i do get to the list of items available within a food cagtegory (eg. crackers) there are no photos to guide me. I now have to read through text describing 15, 20? items. I didn't count. I gave up. And, I don't always recall the brand name but I recognize the item in a photo 4 When I tried using the search bar to locate an item it took a long time to load. So, by the time I went through a shopping list with 25 or more items it was a time sink. 5. The prices on line were not the same as the paper flyer that came in the mail. 6. Digital download coupons don't work without a smart phone...So can't take advantage there. In the past I was willing to pay Raleys much higher prices because shopping on line was so convenient. Now it's not convenient. So... Just thought some feedback might help. I am searching for another store.

Unable to load the Raley's app now for many weeks. Getting error saying app is not compatible with my Samsung 8.

After 6 weeks, still won't load. No one can help me.

Raleys.com for 95820 won't accept either of my credit cards. I am ordering on line .com from a computer. My credit cards have been on the website for a long time. I have checked with my credit card companies and the issue is not them. I have ordered online many times and it has always worked until now. Everything worked until I clicked on "Check Out". I will also say, in my opinion as an online shopper, the new website design is really bad. Much more difficult to locate things and the need to click many more times to get where you want to go. I am a website designer with 20 years of experience and am very comfortable on websites. I have always said the website should be easy for the user. It should not be made more difficult by breaking it up into more links to more sub pages, requiring more clicking from page to page. Scrolling is faster and easier than clicking link after link page after page. Recently I aborted 3 separate orders because it was taking way longer than my previous orders . This time I stuck it out and then unable to check out.

My items can’t be added to cart. Error message it not you it’s me. Retry doesn’t work.

App stopped working on Samsung tablet several weeks ago, but worked on Samsung phone. Now not working on either one. Deleted and reloaded on both and still not working.

For the last week says connection issue. I can’t connect to the app or open on the webpage.

Get a message on my existing Raleys App "can't sign in on this device "when I try to sign in.

Google play store says that the Raley's app won't work on my phone. I have a Samsung Galaxy 8 Active and all software is up to date.

Cannot load new Raley's app. Keep getting error message: device is incompatible. Had no problems with previous app. Is problem on your end or mine? If there is a solution, please advise. Thanks!

The new app won't work for my device I'm not buying a new phone Give me back the old app

The new app is a joke. Old app was not great but was easier to use. New app is absurd! Who tested this on actual customers? Anyone? Items do not go in the cart, difficult to increase number of items. Just a flat out joke and now it is down! Bring back the old app, not perfect but at least it was working.

Downloaded ‘new’ App., but now it loads up cover page but won’t go any further than that. I’ve tried removing and reinstalling the App., and doing a power down reboot of both of my devices (iPhone & iPad), but still won’t open.

I can't download the app on my Android phone. Keeps giving me an error.

I can't get the something extra cash to come for credit at checkout

Help! I always reorder on my phone raley's app. My app always remembers my info. But today, it isn't even recognizing my email address yet alone the PW which is saved. the App is stating that "the app does not recognize that username/password combination". I tried several times but same error message. So, I asked it to send me an email to reset my password, and of course the same error message appeared because it doesn't recognize my email address.
