We recently moved to Yerington, Nv. and have been to the Raley's here about a half a dozen times. The cashiers that work there aren't very friendly. We feel as though they're doing us a favor by shopping there. Not personable at all. I stepped aside and waited, to let one of the young lady employees bring in a few carts as I was exiting the store and she acted as though I wasn't even there. Not a thank you, nothing. The store also has very high prices and the produce section could use a little attention in the cleanliness department. Is it because Raley's is the only store for miles around? We don't shop there unless it's absolutely necessary. And that's an understatement. Please, if you can't reduce your prices, at the very least you could do is make your customers feel welcome. I am a longtime shopper of Nob Hill and have been consistently disappointed since Raleys has taken over. Nob Hill was much better overall before, especially in the produce department and in customer service (as employees were gradually replaced.) I now shop in Hollister and am buying all my produce at the local Mexican market because it is far superior in quality and cost. It is getting to the point that I am going to try other grocery stores in town for the rest of my stuff because the Nob Hill/Raley's Hollister has gone downhill so much, I just don't enjoy going there. I'll miss some of the employees who are great like Susie, Jordan and a wonderful elderly butcher, but that's about it. New employees aren't trained and some are rude. Just not my "Nob Hill" anymore.
It has been 7 months since i have received any extra saving coupons in the mail. I have called customer service 4 times, have waited 35-40 minutes only to be disconnected. At this point I will be shopping elsewhere. Really not acceptable.
Several times I have bought milk from Raleys that has gone sour well before "best before" date. The supplier does not respond to calls. Raleys long hold time ends dropped. Store says it can't help.
I placed a Holiday Dinner online on November 2, 2023 online for my pickup at my local store in Sparks, NV. Used my debit card to pay for it. For the Thanksgiving holiday to be picked up on 11/21/2023. Between Nov. 2 and Nov. 21 - I was a victim of fraud with my debit card so it was cancelled. I also found out that I am going to be having surgery so I could not plan the dinner. ON Nov. 20 I called Raleys Customer Service to cxl the order and advised the person on the phone that the debit card had been cancelled and to refund into my checking bank account. Gave him the routing number and checking number. The confirmation number of the order is: W55X8LCQ.... As of today -November 30, I called customer service again and advised that I didn't have my refund of $53.02. into my checking account and he told me that the order had been cancelled. I said yes it has been cancelled but the money was not in my checking account. He hung up on me. How can I get my money returned to me. My phone number is : 775-737-3730.. My mailing address is 2301 Oddie Blvd. SPC 66, Reno, NV 89512. Would like to have my money back.
I am a long time customer of Raleys. However, the new update system is for the birds!! Everytime I try to order, a new password is asked for. I've called customer service many, many times. After being on the phone for 20 minutes, each time, and waiting for someone to answer, a live body finally speaks . . . . or twice the line went dead after waiting . . . I'm finally given a password. After going thru this crap 5 times with a new password each time, I am kicked out with the system not accepting and saying "try again later." How does Raleys expect to keep customers after going thru all of this mess???????
Third request...when will site be fully operational? Cannot access checkout online. It's been weeks. Please have the courtesy to reply
I am having a problem with Something Extra. First problem is that after ther last cash rebate any money I might have earned since has disappeared and my baalnce keeps showing as Zero. My second problem is that when I click on a Something Extra special the clip circle just spins around and never registers as having been accepted as it was in the past. So every time I go shopping it is a guessing game as to what specials I will actually receive. Very annoying.
I'm not shopping as much at Raley's store #447 in Natomas.. I use to shop there all the time.. Things have changed (NOT for the better).. I'm doing most of my shopping at Sprouts.. They have much better service,better produce,meat.And very little waiting in line to check out.. At Raley's there are all ways long lines few checkers working.. The Enterance way looks like a garbage dump,Paper's all over the place.. I know why you don't schedule more checkers cus you don't want to pay them.. Your express line is never opened when it's busy time.. Today Sunday Oct 8 there were 2 checkers and 7 to 10 people waiting in line.. That express line should be opened when you get real busy..Check my Something Extra account and you'll see that I'm not spending a lot there. Regards Gary Rohrer.. I talked to a lot of my neighbors who shop there from Heritage Park just miles down the road they say the same thing.. Our senior community has 1000 homes and us retired people spend a lot of money.. Most i spoke with are shopping elsewhere. Th e parking lot is dirty,never enough help in the store.. Even BelAir on Arena Blvd is not well staffed.. I DOUGHT IF ANYONE WILL RESPOND TO THIS EMAIL.. I see at check out here in Oakdale a note to contact Raleys regarding any employees you want to commend. I have gone one step further, twice a month I pick an employee and give them a $ 20.00 gift card for the sandwich shop next door. I have never seen so many smiles. All of the employees at Oakdale Raleys are top notch. They are the best.

There are parts of the app I like such the pictures of the item and the menus. Especially the purchased items list.
Big problem with modifying order. Sometimes I need to add one more item. Click modify and get a oops. Click cancel and have to login again then I can click modify. Once I add the item and go to check out and “the place order” button is not available. I have to click on the modify tip button then save. then click on edit my address button change the time of delivery save. Sometimes this will work . This is very frustrating. Sometimes I end up canceling the whole order then start over.
One thing I would especially like changed is the view in regards to being able to turn my tablet to side view. The phone use is difficult as the print is too small. Using the tablet makes it big enough to read. My tablet case will prop my tablet wide view not long view.

Update 7/2/21: Gave the app another try and had fewer issues. However, after the last update it has been stuck on the “still cooking” screen every time I try to open it. Had to delete it again. 🤷🏻♀️
Update 5/1/18: I logged in tonight to see if the reviews had improved to download the app. Only one good review from someone who took the trouble to people for complaining. Seriously, if the app worked, people wouldn’t complain. I just log into the web site rather than deal with an app that is unreliable. Previous comments covered most of the problems with this app. I would expect better from a company like Raley's. 👎🏻 I deleted it and reinstalled this weekend, hoping it had improved but it still needs a lot of improvement. All my accepted items are not on the list and many other issues.

I was excited about trying out your delivery service as I am without a car today. I started out on my laptop because it is easier for me to navigate that instead of my phone. I became very frustrated because your site does not seem to be working properly today. I tried multiple times to sign in (been a member for a long time) but nothing would happen when I clicked. I went to all different areas of your site that have sign-ins, but none of them worked. It was also hard to find delivery verses pick up. Couldn’t get it to work so went to my phone. Had problems putting in my payment info (kept freezing up), so much so I lost my time slot. The whole process took over 30 minutes to order 3 items. I could have rode my bike! Anyway, finally got it done and looking forward to the delivery.
