this app is actually an amazing project/task manager. Whatever the description says is true.

Time tracking is extra $5 a month per user. I would love to pay the monthly fee specifically to have time tracking. But on iOS you will pay for the half of the functionality -manual time entry. No time counter as on desktop or web app.

I understand some of you are upset because the web version is so good and Azendoo does not compare well. However, I have had some questions for the developers and they always get back to me very quickly and I know they are constantly working to improve it. If you consider or had a chance to see what Azendoo looked like a few months ago then you wouldn't be leaving such negative reviews. If you have ever used Basecamp then you would know they had the worst iPhone app for a long time. This is simply for managing your tasks within subjects and for team conversations at the moment and I am sure it's going to get ALOT better over the coming months.

I love this app and would love being able to use it on my phone. Azendoo is basically non-functioning as an iOS user, I cannot access any subjects except the one I originally joined, I cannot see 4/5 of the things I receive notifications for. Have received this feedback from everyone on staff “this app rocks but does not work with the phone app.” :(

I'm looking for a service to organize workflows on projects, assign tasks, manage asynchronous messaging, etc, all integrating with Evernote. Albeit, I'm asking for a lot.

I thought Azendoo was the answer, but it's not as robust as I had hoped. The web app is great but Azendoo is too feature light.

Great idea, when you build out every function in native apps I will give a 5-star. But right now it's lacking key features. Keep it up guys/gals!

Tapped my profile to edit it inside Azendoo and it spun, never allowing edit even after a restart of my iPad. I then entered a task, selected "save," and kept receiving an error message that "oops, a connectivity problem occurred." My connectivity to wifi is fine. Appears Azendoo requires full connectivity even if everything were to operate properly, making it useless when not in range of wifi, excluding user from all their data.

I recommend Toodledo coupled with "Ultimate Task List" which does allow offline access without glitches. With premium version, Toodledo allows collaboration for those who need it.

this app is a great collaboration tool that has allowed our group of individuals come together as a team in order to productively complete tasks and projects in a timely manner. Azendoo is very user friendly and the information and tutorials available from the support staff at this app make it easy to get up and running as a functional, productive team.

this app is a great task manager service. I absolutely love it. I'm running a project with 4 people and this app has made things easier for us. However, Azendoo is not that good. Very disappointed. There no is file attachment option when you create a task. Task delegation option is not given which is very important. Sadly there is no push notification. I'll request them to update Azendoo with these features and give me the chance to mark 5 star.

Azendoo improvements and updates are excellent. this app is a remarkable service, brilliantly integrated with Evernote. Always improving. This version of Azendoo is a huge leap forward for this app. Great job!! Keep the change coming. Thank you for integrating end user ideas.

Just started using this app for a group project and Azendoo is much clunkier and hard to navigate than Azendoo - sometimes buttons do nothing with no explanation, like when i click a new notification it wont take me to it, but it will for an old one? Decent, but needs work 3/5

Design is a little clumsy to navigate, and task need to show subject labels. Also, tasks should be at the forefront of Azendoo when I open it. I shouldn't have to navigate through a bajillion menus just to get to my todo list. Make it just like the web version.

After update, can't add a task. Poked around for quite some time and never found the ability...

Seems like quite a setback and makes having Azendoo /service much less beneficial.

Syncs quickly, good interface. The to-do list needs to list all tasks - if I schedule the task to a date or label it under "next week", it doesn't show up on Azendoo . Overall good app and platform.

It would be nice to be able to see pics in landscape mode on an iPhone — Azendoo doesn’t allow rotation

Crashy. Cannot edit, rename, organize nor delete a subject after you create it? Where does this store the data? Is it backed up in case of a crash? In fact there is no settings page, so I have no idea if this is just a prank from some kid.

I couldn't get Google login to work, but set up email login just fine.

Upon launching Azendoo you are presented with 2 options: "Sign In" or "Sign In With Google." Tried the latter, but after entering my Google login and allowing Azendoo access I got this error:

"Error GoogleSignIn :
user_tried_to_sign_in_instead_of_sign_up"

Tried just entering my email and password instead of sign in with Google, and got this error:

"Oh snap! Wrong email or password"

Terrible 1st impression. Bad user experience. Leaves one to wonder if any usability testing has been done on Azendoo at all?...

App has been deleting / not saving my tasks, even after it says saved. Was already not too satisfied with the user unfriendliness of Azendoo . Sad because it came highly recommended to me for organizing my business. Deleting app now

Can't place tasks into groups. Can't create subjects within Azendoo . All major flaws!!!

Easy to use with a sleek user interface. Keep up the good work.

No sync between devices connected to one account. Please fix it
