How to fix Azendoo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Azendoo app on iPhone
Update Azendoo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Azendoo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Azendoo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Azendoo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Azendoo Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Azendoo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Azendoo App
1. On android, goto Settings » Azendoo » click [Force Stop]

Update Azendoo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Azendoo App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Azendoo » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Azendoo.

Fix Azendoo unable to contact server/ Azendoo internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Azendoo » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Azendoo » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
