Microsoft Kaizala Reviews

My Company has used the Crew App for the past three years and have Pis for their monthly service even though we had Office 365. Crew offers features such as icons of people have read each individual post and can tell me at any time the last time a member logged into MicrosoftKaizala . Not only is Crew a great place for communication but also for accountability. No second guessing if someone read your posted message and no guessing if while people are working from home, if they are logging in to check messages. Kaizala does not offer either capability for Team use.

MicrosoftKaizala is very good. It works great. The problem is that most of the people don’t even know that MicrosoftKaizala exists. How can I recommend people when I even forget the name. This name is hard to pronounce and understand for most of the people. If Microsoft really wants it to be used by most of the people. The name needs to be changed to something easy to remember.

This is a good app. I like MicrosoftKaizala because having to create a whole new group chat for many employees everytime someone leaves or gets hired is frustrating so this makes it easier. Although I do have to delete MicrosoftKaizala and reinstall it every other day because it says I do not have any chats (I do though) once I reinstall it it works fine for a day or 2 then it acts up again. Would love for this to be fixed please thank you

I installed this on my iPad last night, when I opened it this morning I received an error message that "multiple logins detected" and I need to "login in to reactivate".
1. Of course I am logged into my Microsoft account on multiple devices. Hello, it's 2019.
2. There is no option to clear the error message, no link to log in again, no advice on how to avoid being locked out of MicrosoftKaizala in the future. MicrosoftKaizala is just laying there like a dead fish stinking up the place.
This is a non-starter issue. If folks can get into MicrosoftKaizala they will abandon it immediately, just like me.

Can’t listen to the audio messages by speaker, which is quite important, especially when people are around

Would like multiple device support. I signed in with a second device and the first device then presented an error that I was unable to escape. I had to reinstall MicrosoftKaizala to escape the error and uninstall from the second device.

Worked towards moving my office group from WhatsApp to Kaizala. Now the team is after me since some basic features are missing - Update number works o my after re-install, Reply As PM is N/A.
There’s lot of potential with MicrosoftKaizala, please update it regularly, and add essentials and Niches features that sets it apart.

Tried to use this as an alternate form to text candidates in a recruiting process. You have to have candidates in you personal contact list in order to message or call. Being this is a personal cell phone and not a work phone I use, MicrosoftKaizala does not have the features needed to be able to contact candidates via SMS, they must have MicrosoftKaizala to communicate.

Nobody can contest it. Microsoft is really the source and I like Microsoft products and productivity. Kaizala seems simple, intuitive and really great. It plays a big role. Professional and Regular. Would love to see more features.

Problem in photos loading and sending

I have downloaded MicrosoftKaizala and love it so far. I am wondering though how does this affect your cell phone charges. Are we charged at all, charged for only one text to a group, or charged for texts sent to all members?

If you wanna call internationally it’s really cool and and easy like WhatsApp from the first time and you can text advise you to download it and try it five start no less

Excellent app to engage the employees and keep everyone up to date with their activities and news about the business

Just wish it had the ability to “like” individual messages and not just announcements or other actions

One of the main functions for a team communication app is the ability to collaborate around task management. The “checklist” feature has been down for a few weeks and it’s a driving force for our company to look outside the Microsoft app collection to find a fix. Any update??

Before I used to see analytics tab, is it missing?

MicrosoftKaizala seems to work fine on my iPhone, but without landscape support, it’s a trainwreck on a tablet: the only way it works on the iPad is in portrait, and the resolution is based on some iPhone standard, so you can use the scaling button or not...

Just started using it and so far really impressed with features that promote workplace collaboration.

Great functionality, but a lot of times kicks you out from your company’s chats and have to wait for few hours until it’s let you back in...

The software also needs a security lock

Great that the data can be owned by the company. Fantastic that you can setup policies to prevent messages from been forwarded. Very strong app.

MicrosoftKaizala can replace whatsapp if more people used it. Everyone that has used Kaizala loves it.

Very friendly and easy to use

An excellent app for security conversation. I’m using that many times for talk with my team workers and clients.

Much more functional than just chat apps like GroupMe.

Great business and messaging tool. Could, within the next couple of updates, very realistically replace the bulk of my e-mail, texting, and collaboration tools like Teams and Yammer - Even One Note.

I’m not sure if Microsoft even knows how much more addicting, useful, and robust MicrosoftKaizala is compared to their other collaborative tools. Their apps with MicrosoftKaizala work as click bait - I’ve never been so addicted to checking work messages.

Group messages in Slack, iMessage, and email, Teams, Yammer, can get sloppy very quickly. Kaizala’s Quick surveys get allow you to ask and entire team a simple question and get all answers in one simple place - without everyone having to get dozens of individual responses.

Each in app tool is so easy and quick to create -

- shared to do lists! - a manager can monitor tasks, or a group can work together to tackle a project

- photo albums - instead of having to inundate a message chain with 10 pics in a row

- create a calendar invite directly in MicrosoftKaizala that syncs with your normal calendar - and you don’t have to type in weird coding language like Slack.

-upload any kind of document including OneDrive apps

...I could go on and on.

For all of it’s productivity, it still offers the relaxed vibe of a private group text chain.

IN THE FUTURE I HOPE:

Replying to a message will look more like a Facebook comment chain- something you can view or hide, instead of having to click through.

Preview web links like one can in iMessage

Tag a specific teammate like we can do on social media, Outlook, Teams, or Yammer

Use hashtags to categorize, like Yammer etc.

Save chats indefinitely.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled MicrosoftKaizala multiple times to get messages and after install messages do you not update

Coming back to Kaizala after a long time, I am signed out. Second the keyboard does not pop up for phone number entry. Only name entry. 🤷🏽‍♂️

I can’t have Kaizala open on my phone and iPad at the same time. I’m now stuck on a screen telling me to re-login but can’t escape or login at all. Lame.

This is great but needs to work on ipad
