I was using this app like as usual and then boom they block my account. I tried to email them so many time but no one responded. And the number they provided could not be dialed. I asked my friend in Vietnam to call them and they said my phone was blocked because I did some international frauds via this app app. I felt like what going on. I only used it to text with my relatives and friends in Vietnam. Now they blocked my account because of frauds that I never did. They could not show the evidences andy friend told me that they only solve this problem via email. And I emailed many time. Zalo and company should be one star and should not be list on App Store. Thank you.

First, I am constantly contacted by friends of the person who had my phone number before me. Calling, texting, it never stops. I want to delete my account, but the delete account link in Zalo links to the ‘change your password’ page. So, I can’t delete my account before I delete Zalo . Pure garbage, and should be removed from Zalo Store until account deletion is possible.

Main this app on hand phone, I would like to use that like the web version on my iPad. It makes better sense than a whole new application and telling dozens of direct reports that they might not get me on my main number so, they should use this one instead. 🤦‍♂️

I really concern about this app data and storages . After I updated new version on 4 days ago , all my pictures and friends pictures are gone . Also when they required backup account I used to use Google drive to back up but they did 2 times to signed in but different accounts I have . Why ?

I used to LOVE using this app. However, it got updated a while ago and there is no longer an option to set profile music. I would give Zalo only 1 star if I weren’t being generous. Profile music was my favorite app feature, please bring it back!!!

I don’t know why when I switch my account to another device then every previous files and photos are completely removed. Today person using 2 smartphones is usual. But they do not change the way Zalo did to storage users information.

What ever happened to the chat room forum? Please bring it back!

Has nice features. It's reliable. But Zalo doesn't respect the set font size of the OS. It supports change of font size inside Zalo instead. The biggest text size in the this app setting is about the size of the default iOS font size.

Well uhh I can draw which is cool and I can send my video I made for my family members

Pros: Split screen for video chat
Cons: 1) limited functionality for use with Apple Watch 2) WiFi or cellular data - video and/or audio calls—-sound and quality is horrible-weak. 3) can NOT login and use on multiple devices at SAME time.

I dont knoww why when i use different device all the text from previuos devided used lost ,i have to go back to my previous devide to read the message ,thiss is terrible error of this app

If my family doesn’t use it. I will never download it. I usually use my ipad but it doesn’t allow me to sign in on both devices at the same time

It can receive notifications, but entering Zalo always shows''no connection''

1. Why can’t we delete the photos in group when we don’t want to see those anymore.
2. When you tap for muting, people in calling will see on the screen.

What kind of modern chat app that still don’t let you edit your text? Lets you recall/delete your post but don’t let you fix them.

They delete the option where u join random room chat

this app should have function to enable users switching to different statuses: online, invisible…

I cant send pictures or videos. Cause lagging when I just started to choose the pictures or videos

They blocked me several times and I didn’t do anything wrong and now I can’t use people nearby and the supporting help never replied

New updated version have problem in sending media take long time

Please give us longer range when finding nearby friends. It used to be very far that I could search friends from other states

It would be an honor for you guys to have Zalo purchased worldwide. As a part of the whole inspiration from the young generations of different areas, it would be much more fun and likely rendezvous if you can also make video as a type of posting on new feeds. This is somehow more creative in lieu of just only photos. Other social apps such as Facebook, Twitter, Tango,etc. are also eager to have both video and photo able to post on "New feeds"

Zalo generally is pretty good, but please add multiple device login support, like WeChat or this app on desktop- if you can log in on the phone and on the iPad, that would make it great. Also, please update Zalo so that I could use it in landscape orientation, thanks!!

I like using Zalo just something missing there no way to hide your online status when your online and want to stay invisible to other to focus on other thing.

Once you signed up, you have to grant Zalo to access all your information to looking for your friend. There is no way you can delete your account as well as your private information stored on the system's server. All you can do is just delete Zalo on your phone not in the system. And there is nothing guaranty that your private information is kept safe and sound.

It requires access to your contacts without having a deny button.
Viewing live video after it finished and it barely load 10 seconds of the live video.
Zalo only load message on 1 device.
Customer service is nonexistent.
All I want is to talk to my friends in Vietnam and watch my friend’s live video record, since I missed it. Zalo need an update to fix all these problems.

After you installed Zalo and didn't allow it to access your contacts. When you open it next times, it requests to access your contacts and doesn't have a Deny button.

Users can enter mobile number manually, and accessing users' contacts is not required for Zalo to work properly.

I strongly request Apple to review and take appropriate actions.

I wanted to my account on my phone and IPad however it won't let me have one account on two devices . I want to be able to use my single account on two different devices .

This is a good local OTA app in VN. I'd like the recent changes you made to this app.
One issue, why I don't get the global notification when someone replies to my comment? It only shows the number increased on the bell icon which is easily got unnoticed.

There are many issues with basic functionality. Zalo looks nice but it crashes often

Hello l was looking up for a family call it was all good until the new update, I think it’s some glitch somehow I’m probably sad not to see my family faces because when ever I redownload or press face call it was always audio. Tho I’m a bit happy to use on another device but my phone is easy access.

Are you f... kidding me? “Access to my contacts” required to use Zalo ? What are you smoking? I was supposed to install Zalo for an upcoming trip to Vietnam and a few provided contacts.
There is no way to use Zalo without that permission.
Only one thing to do UNINSTALL!!!!!
Others: don’t bother installing or “trusting” them with your phone number. Who knows where that ended up by now...
