Hello, I've been using Zalo app since May, 2022 but since this morning my account has been disabled. I'm still able to make a voice call but cannot send any messages and photos and I cannot receive any messages and photos. Could you please help me on this issue? My mobile #: +82 10-8951-2377

Hello, This is kishore from India My Zalo Account +91 8890678181 is banned I don't know why the account is banned and I am not doing anything wrong which is against the terms and conditions. My business is unbalanced because of this. So can anyone help me to recover my account?

I had a iPhone 10xs max which the Zalo app worked on it . I was able to use it for texting and video calls from New Jersey in the United States. My iPhone 10 Xs max touchscreen was not working good , traded it in for a iPhone 14 pro max on 2-20-23 and the zalo app will not go pass the verification . Since there is a 3 part verification . I was sent a code and enter the code . But the iPhone 14 pro max will not allow to go to the next screen to go I try the code to verify 2 times and I am locked out. Till the next day

1) My Zalo app icon is different from other users, am I saw unable to look up nearby people from the function icon. 2) That is no privacy that other user knows when you online Zalo app. 3) The instructions are in Vietnamese words unable to understand. That is no language translate 4) That is no proper way to feedback or us for help.
