Commerzbank Banking Reviews

Thank you Commerzbank for actually creating a banking app and not simply moving your desktop experience to mobile devices and calling it an app. CommerzbankBanking is so easy to navigate and it’s simple yet intuitive design saves me time and frustration.

1) faceID has not worked since OS13. When I try it tells me to call the service number. So I always have manually input my password

2) one can not change the amount being transferred. I have to leave it, input the ref number review all info then click on the amount in order to change the value. So I need to go forward then step back to go forward again. One should be able to just click on the euro value and change on the first go.

3) this is a small one but has bugged me since the beginning. When there is no reference number the font color being used to prompt the user to enter one, is a light grey, hard to read and it’s ugly. I would suggest making it white.

This is a good banking app. But - it doesn’t give transaction history to quickly verify how we spent money or when we received a credit and from whom. This is a MUST HAVE feature in any banking app. Please enable viewing transaction history.

I am very glad to be a customer @ commerzbank. From all German banks I’ve used this one has the best app, and everything works smoothly and w/out any complications/issues.

Please improve functionality of search behind 12 month window. 1 year of transaction history is nothing - impossible to compile tax declaration without a stress

The stable App works every time for me.

The application excellent but if you can add English language it will be better for international people thank you very much.

After upgrading my iPad to the latest iOS CommerzbankBanking doesn't work anymore. It starts up but then immediately closes again. While it still shows as an active running all nothing happens when I switch to CommerzbankBanking window.

Easy to use, good interface, looks nice

Payments are not shown instantly, one can not know his exact balance at the same time! Some payments appear and disappear for no reason!

Since yesterday Jun 4th 2020, with the last update CommerzbankBanking doesn’t works.

Was initially very happy with CommerzbankBanking but it now hasn’t been working for over a month and no one has been able to tell me when this will be fixed. Very disappointed

Commerzbank bank appears on the surface as a good option but their security with the photoTAN app is garbage and they won’t help you with anything unless you have a paid account. BANK ELSEWHERE.

I love this bank and of course CommerzbankBanking is so practical.

Disappointed there is still no option to change languages.

CommerzbankBanking is terrible. It fails to update in time and it is way worse than apps for BUNQ, N26, and others like it.

Finally Commerzbank app is in English. Very happy!!!

It really be nice to have it in English.

I have used CommerzbankBanking for some time now and it seemed to work fine.
Since the latest update I cannot transfer money from my current account to my credit card account. The screen shows up where I get to choose the "from account" option but CommerzbankBanking will not allow me to choose the "to account" option.
This is extremely frustrating, especially since I am traveling and that this is such a BASIC function! So annoyed!

New version way better.) Nice design and more ergonomic workflow. Animations and effects makes me thinking that application now uses native UI like in other native iOS apps.

This is a good banking app, some things missing but good overall.

Just one thing, can you have the option to change the language to english? That would be great!


