How to fix Retrica app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Retrica app on iPhone
Update Retrica app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Retrica iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Retrica on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Retrica network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Retrica Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Retrica not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Retrica App
1. On android, goto Settings » Retrica » click [Force Stop]

Update Retrica to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Retrica App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Retrica » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Retrica.

Fix Retrica unable to contact server/ Retrica internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Retrica » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Retrica » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
