VeSync connects to scale device, but fails to update the weight data in the app.
📋 24 Reported Issues:
I am using the VeSync app on IPhone with my new Etekcity scale, model ESF24. In the app, althought I selected sounds associated with different weight changes, the settings aren't savec, it keeps reverting back to Muted. In my iPhone settings, the sounds and notifications for the Vesync app is set to ON. How can this be fixed so that it allows me to set sounds in the App? Please advise, thank you.
App won't open. From home screen when it is searching for devices - I have one Vesync bathroom scales - it simply spins continuously not finding what it's looking for. The only way to stop it's behavior is toe force stop from Settings. When opened once more it does the same thing.
I download the app and it cannot be installed
VeSync schedule works on one of my Etekcity smart plugs, but not on another. I can turn it on and off manually, but VeSync schedule doesn't work.
Had my scale for a few years now. Recently it only records the weight, not the other stats. The bluetooth icon is on the screen, batteries are new, but it only blinks twice and a message pops up to try again for the other measurements.
As I was typing this message on my iPhone 13, VeSync took over the screen once again, and displayed my Scale Smart data. It does that quite often: 5 times already since I started. If I just delete the app, will I lose my data?
Weight fluctuations if I step on various times in just minutes
This app wo t connect to the Internet for me to sync the blood pressure monitor to the vesync app. The monitor blinks but the app never connects when I enter my credentials tills, I signed up online to get username and password.
Vesync app stopped working. Used app and 300S model humidifier successfully for over a year, now it won't even let me log in much less control the humidifier. Just stopped working for no apparent reason, and still broken despite trying every troubleshooting tip I could find. Very disappointed.

I have a model ESW-01 USA that is no longer working. I have deleted the outlet and readded it, went thru the set up process and get the message that it is connected, however it won't power on the lamp. Would someone please let me know how this can be fixed.
I have the 200s. I had an on / off schedule programmed. Deleted it because it was allowing the display to be lit up when I didn't want it to do that. I entered the on / off programming again but the device will not turn on with the new schedule entries. Can you please help advise what the issue is? Thank you.

I bought the ESF-551 Smart Scale. When I weighed the weight readout was as expected, but all the other metrics looked way off. I am 5’9” tall and the weight said 167 lbs. The BMI was reported as 33.8. I think that number would be too high even if I was 5’0” tall. I checked to see that my height is entered correctly in the app. It was, at 150 centimeters. I left it that way. I tried later to find where to change the height to inches just in case the different units is a problem, but I couldn’t find that info again. I would like to delete everything and start over. Is that possible?
In update area of google play, Vesync app is always attempting to update but never does. All it dies is causes google play to crash. Have tried clearing cache of google play, uninstalled previous updates but I cannot stop it from attempting to update.
I added my parents to my scale, now it’s only showing weight, body fat and BMI on my and my mom’s member info. Where did all the rest of the data go and how do I get it back? It’s all on my dad’s.

Problems with new Air Purifier. Had been working and connected. Wifi connection lost and when I try to add, fails at the initialisation stage
Two of my four outlets just lost connection and will not connect again even after deleting and trying to add again. They have worked fine for over a year.
Scale Etekcity ESF24, the sound after measuring don't work. Sometimes the Bluetooth connection doesn't work. These problems are not with the Vesyncfit app, wich I use now .But I understand that this app will be end soon. Thx for your help in advance
Air Purifier connects to WiFi, but not to VeSync cloud.

Just got my scale today and while reading my results the app closed and won’t open. Using on an iphone.
