- Placing an order is buggy and cumbersome
- The app does not work and orders are not sent to the restaurant
- The salads had the wrong lettuce and the dressing was sour/spoiled

Everytime I try to use the app recently it gives me a screen that says “ oops, something went wrong”. And the screen freezes. I’ve tried deleting the app and reloading and nothing works
I scanned your QR code at the Longhorn Steakhouse in Hot Springs ,Arkansas and it forwarded me to Digitalizze.com as I entered my card info. This turned out to be a scam website........After 5 days they will charge me 44.95 a day......There is no way to cancel.....I will have to change cards and get the bank involved.I expected better. I had to pay the old fashioned way. We will probably not go back to your establishment....You obviously have been hacked.....
For some odd reason, whenever I try to order the server says access denied I can’t even place an order online, never had a problem with ordering and picking up my orders but now I can’t access the site at all , Why?
Need 6 for waiting line. App only goes up to 4 people.
On occasion this happens. Today, now, is one of those times. I try to access the app via computer, seeking to order another meal from LH. Enter the address, response is (1search?Q=+)access +denied +to +longhornsteakhouse+%2C+only&form. It's going to be a hungry evening. I called the Medina LH where the employee stated there are no problems on their end now. Still being denied access. All other attempts to other sites are successful.
When I start the Longhorn Steakhouse app on my IPhone 13 pro I get the following message. “Sorry, there’s been a problem completing your request. Please try again later.” I then get that message when using the app as well.
