Je me suis rendu compte que l'application n'était plus en page d'accueil sur le téléphone. En voulant la remettre et en l'ouvrant, celle-ci me demande de ré enregistrer le traceur de mon chat, et lorsque j'essaie, un message d'erreur apparaît, empêchant ainsi le fonctionnement du GPS. I got the app removed from the smartphone menu, when trying to launch it again, it asks me to register the tracker, even though I already registered it months ago. When I try to register it, I have an error message, making the app/tracker not working.
First my tracker could not connect to the network. After a reset it does connect but I cannot leave the connecting page in the app so I still can not use the tracker. Seems like a software problem. They want me to send the tracker to a French address for inspection but I’m only here for another 4,5 weeks. And I want to use it now because my cats are not used to be here in France. Had no problems in the previous years
I replace my phone and since then i receive no push messages when my cat leaves the safety zone. I do get a message when i turn the tracker on/off. When i go to the safety zone settings, in some of the cases they completely disappear. If i add them again, the next time i open the app i get double the safety zones. I have already uninstalled and re-installed and it didn't help. What's wrong??
For those with continuous flashing light issue and can't turn on/off try holding down button for about 10 seconds. This seems to reset the device.
My Weeniest tracker suddenly couldn't connect to the server this afternoon.
tracker has stopped ringing - please advise - website support next to useless
GPS tracker hangs, it can no longer be switched off (yellow light is on continuously), and according to weenect I should send it to a French address at my own expense. And maybe, after investigation, if the problem was under warranty, I will be sent a new GPS tracker.

No sound when ringing tracker
There is no volume on my Weenect sound
M'y Weenect does not work for 3 weeks. Unable to connect
Tracker hasn’t been working properly for the past month or longer. No sound at all when turning on and off. No sound when ringing tracker. No vibration when tracker tried from app. Also, app states no subscription. Why then do we have two payments go out ea h month?! Unable to do anything on app or website as it just freezes.
