My account use to be permanently logged in now it's asking me to login in but it's not working I have bills on there that I can't pay I have emailed them 5 times now and no reply

Hello I am having no response from verification of my id, I did verify 2 different ways now already, my $500 credit towards my bill has been on hold since last Thursday, I got email but nothing is happening for me, my id is clear to see even my bill please help me
