Summary of Invoxia GPS Problems 🔥

- No longer showing tracker

- Invoxia only showing home zone and where last connected via Bluetooth

- Have to travel around the city with a proximity radar open hoping to connect via Bluetooth

- Battery dies quickly if location service is not turned on constantly

- App tracks location even without being connected to the tracker

The movement alert is a great idea but it is waaay too sensitive. It’s more like a seismometer, it reported movement through the night. I noticed when setting something down near it, it sent an alert. It needs to send an alert only when it actually makes a physical movement.

Unit simply not tracking, and I’ve made adjustments. At the end of my rope, and I’ve used a variety of trackers and anti-theft systems before. This Invoxia unit is disappointing - simply junk and a waste of money.

How to fix Invoxia GPS app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Invoxia GPS app on iPhone
Update Invoxia GPS app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Invoxia GPS iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Invoxia GPS on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Invoxia GPS network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Invoxia GPS Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Invoxia GPS not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Invoxia GPS App
1. On android, goto Settings » Invoxia GPS » click [Force Stop]

Update Invoxia GPS to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Invoxia GPS App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Invoxia GPS » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Invoxia GPS.

Fix Invoxia GPS unable to contact server/ Invoxia GPS internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Invoxia GPS » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Invoxia GPS » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Invoxia GPS
