Recorded a call and then unable to get the recording. So I deleted the app and downloaded again and no recordings visible. It says we won’t lose anything by doing so since we are connected by our phone number. Still no recordings and I should have 2-3 years worth
Glad it’s not just my phone. Looks like we’re all having similar problems. I thought it was my phone and my fiancé keeps telling me “upgrade your phone.” This app is super important as well as all the recordings because I’m using it all in court trying to gain custody of my children. I absolutely have to get my recordings back. I’ve got almost a years worth of recordings and I’ve been going back and taking notes on all calls with my children. If I have no evidence then my case is weak.
I've been a customer for over a year now. Up until today, my tape a call pro app worked fine. However when I opened the app today none of my recordings were there. It would not let me record a call. I kept getting error messages like "Request timed out" or can't connect to your wifi. My wifi is fine. I deleted the app off my phone and went back to app store, found the tape a call pro app and pressed the open button. It opened to a home screen for tape a call and at the bottom there was a green button that said Continue. Every time I click continue I get and error message "request timed out". Please help me figure this out. I have an iphone 11. My phone is updated. I've tried everything.
