Horrible App, Horrible company

If you are a benefits manager and want to take care of your employees in a manner that is helpful to your employees, choose another company to manage the health savings accounts. I submitted receipts for items purchased this year during the specified grace period for the previous years coverage. They paid it out of current year funds and left the money I was trying to use up from last year in the account. Three times, receipts were submitted but they couldn’t process in the correct year. It’s like they want people to loose money. Flores just magnifies the problems with this company. Doesn’t surprise me.

App wont access camera???

Please fix your app. I want to submit a claim, but Flores tells me that i need my settings to allow access to the camera or photos even though I already allow it to access them and/or have selected a photo to upload yet Flores still will not upload a photo. It does not allow me to submit a claim online and keeps telling me to use Flores . But your app doesn’t work. Let me access my money. It used to work in the past I’ve had this for years and all of a sudden it doesn’t work anymore? What the heck has happened?

Worst financial app and worst financial company

This is by far the worst financial app and company I’ve ever had. They have screwed up my HSA repeatedly since day one. Flores is extremely difficult to use and fails in so many ways. Not surprised though since they can’t get their accounts straight. Do not use them.

Junk Zero Stars. They are a bargain basement operation

A few years ago my employer switched FSA vendors from WEX to this app. WEX is comparable to a Mercedes while this app is comparable to a Yugo. Junk iOS app and junk web app. If these goons deny a submission - good luck finding the reason why. I’m thinking my employer went DEI for n selecting this app because there is no other reason to have switched to them.

Updated app asks for full permission to access photos

I have been using this app app for years, very simple and easy to use. Now it asks for full access to my phones pictures to submit receipts. So I will not be using my personal phone to submit receipts or claims. I will have to use my computer. Completely unnecessary.

Poor design and poor feedback response

I read some of the comments from 2 years ago. It’s absurd Flores developers haven’t listened to the customers pain-points and have maintained the same poor experience. It reflects on this company and its engineering and product design teams. Don’t consider this company if you are a employer exploring FSA options

App doesn’t work even though web app works now

These clowns have been down for 1 week for “system maintenance”. Now their web portal is up but when I try to use their mobile app it says my password is wrong… even tho it’s the same password. Even after changing my password the iOS app still doesn’t WORK.

Can’t select photos

Flores does not allow you to select photos and requires access to all photos before you can upload a pre-existing picture or take a new photo. You should be able to take a photo directly from Flores . I SHOULD NOT have to give you access to every photo I have to file a claim. App deleted.

Needs improvement

App is buggy and difficult to use. Also there is no option to limit access to photos. Because of its poor design you are required to give full access, which is completely unnecessary. Please update and fix as this is an important app with poor execution.

Absolute Garbage

Yeah, I can log in, but that’s about it. Can’t upload images despite having the required permissions, got logged out 5 times trying to upload an image for a claim, incorrect total balance that differs from the balance in my web browser. What’s going on with this thing? User experience and functionality = terrible.

Terrible

Flores is useless. It’s literally just a white screen with this app and their icon. My balance used to display but that stopped a while ago. At this point it’s just taking up space on my phone. Don’t bother with it. Just use the website. It doesn’t even deserve one star but I was forced to give it to post the review. So really 0 stars out of 5.

No updates in 2 years

So no wonder it’s not at all user friendly and half broken. Like someone else commented, it tells you there’s an error in your submission even when there is not one, and does not show the claim as having gone through. Come on, this app. Spend a little money and update your app so it’s the minimum amount of usable.

Pointless app; don’t waste your time

Same issues as others. I was told on the phone that my needed access to the camera. I provided that, including to all photos. Still couldn’t upload a document. What is the point of designing an app that doesn’t work in any way shape or form? Plus a snotty attitude over the phone at the this app company doesn’t help matters either.

Absolutely The worst!

First the website was down. No message on website. Then you called in they informed you, but the reps were nasty and bland about it. When it finally came back up the balances were off and payments had not been paid. So I had call about that. I couldn’t use my benefits until the technical issues were finished

Couldn’t File a Claim

I’m unable to file a claim using the updated app. Had the following problems:

Wanted to take a photo of my bill - app required me to allow access to my photo library.

There was no “done” or equivalent button to tap after I entered the dollar amount of my claim, so Flores kept treating the field as incomplete. This resulted in being unable to file the claim.

App

Flores is awful I sent some claims in in January worked ok but I was trying to put in claim in I missed from November 22 wouldn’t work. What was really bad I called and a man rep answered I explained what I needed to do and he was rude. Telling me it was my devices that wouldn’t work more less it was my problem My device worked just fine in January, 23 and still is not working , The IT department needs to do something to fix it, not just try to blame or say it was my device. So I give you no stars at all , the women reps were very helpful went the extra mile!!

This is abhorrent in a healthcare app

How is it possible that something like an app for submitting healthcare claims is allowed to exist with such horrendous reviews?! People need this to work for submitting health-scare claims, as this is something they pay into from their boweekly paycheck check and doesn’t work as it’s supposed to — this should be illegal.

Trouble Logging in after putting in the PID#

Logging in after putting in the PID# and it said are you having trouble logging in click here .. then you can’t scroll to read the help screen.. and it doesn’t give you an option to reset your password..

Fails in too many ways

In order to upload receipts, Flores insists on having access to all of your photos, not just selected ones. I finally gave in and granted access, but then suddenly it wouldn’t accept my password anymore. So I gave up and deleted Flores . I’ll just use the web site.

Flores is ok when compared with WEX’s app. Not hard to file claims. But it keeps directing me to use the Mobile App when I am already using it. Also, it says I can take a picture to validate the claim; but then it tells me I can only submit .tif or .pdf files. Won’t take the picture. Annoying.

Through this portal you can view account history, plan documents, add Authorized Users, add/edit Direct Deposit information, and access helpful guides.

You are also able to access your Flores Account Information using this mobile app.

To submit a claim, select “Upload” from the main screen then select the type of claim to upload.

Once your claim is submitted you will receive the standard e-Status messages as the document is processed by Flores.
