If I could give it less than one star I would. I had Inspections crash so many times it is unreal! I finally had to just delete it, take pictures with my phone and send them to my computer. It was faster that way than having to deal with this defective app all the time.

Very disappointing. Inspections which for a time worked poorly now does not work at all - freezing on the login screen.

I was about 75% done with a move out inspection after the phone went to sleep I wake the phone come to find out Inspections does not even have my inspection progress Inspections needs lots of work!

You know an app is poorly written when tech support tells you to turn off basic features link syncing. Today i was rolling along doing an inspection and it completely froze up. I rebooted my IPad and now i can’t clear the 2 this app that got hung up when it crashed.

Inspections is pretty good when it works, unfortunately that is a very rare occurrence as it crashes all the time. Propertyware is terrible at addressing any feedback so it probably will never get better. Also, it needs to have more customization options. Definitely needs a lot of work.

Inspections was working really well, after the update however, it is having a lot of difficulty submitting the inspection at the end. Please fix to perform as well as it did before this update. I have an iPhone 5S and an iPod 5, and both had the same reaction to the update. This is not good for my clients!

Inspections works great when it works.....it started off great but now is freezing constantly. I called PW and they acted like I was the only one who was having a problem.......

I do not know when the last update was done, i have had trouble for over a year. Currently down

I am so frustrated with this company and app. We’ve called support several times about Inspections not working and they have done nothing to fix it. They just continue to tell us the issue has been elevated to their tech team.

Where are the updates? No updates to Inspections in over 2 years. Inspections has crashed and no longer works. Just frozen on the login screen.

I have to reload Inspections constantly. It doesn’t recognize my pin. Then I have to dump it and reload.

Inspections is suitable but it needs a lot of work. It uses an enormous amount of battery and shuts down during this app. Very quirky. Also Inspections has major problems syncing on both wifi and over the phone net.

I have been waiting 60 business days, PropertyWare's "priority" response period for resolution on a major bug. Nothing.

Program is good but needs work. Inspection uploads get stuck often and the only way to solve it is to uninstall and reinstall the program. Had 600 pictures of a residence and they got detached from the inspection. Still in the process of manually placing each picture in the correct areas. Templates come out different than what is entered in Propertyware sometimes.

Love Inspections - when it works right. I had 4 this app unable to sync. Thankfully the pictures backed up to my phone, but now I'm going to have to spend a lot of time uploading those pictures to PropertyWare.

Inspections is great for use in the field and we can stop using paper and pen! One of my favorite features is that pictures can automatically sync to propertyware from Inspections!

Overall the system works awesome.
There is No fridge option for photos under kitchen
Also there needs to be an exterior tab that starts first then entry,kitchen,living room etc ...

Inspections/module has saved us so much paper! My whole team loves it including the fancy report it auto creates. Can't wait for it to continue developing and growing and adding to iPad.

Propertyware this app provides a great value of time and money savings. By allowing you to manage the inspection process from your mobile device, integrate directly to Propertyware and generate work orders & this app reports from the inspection window it saves a tremendous amount of time. The ability to publish this app reports to owner & tenant portals is also a nice touch.

I've been following the development of this application for over a year now and have been incredibly impressed with the quality of solution Propertyware has turned out. Incredibly intuitive and powerful. I've put Inspections in the hands of my team and turned an age old paper-based process into an mobile one that gets done lightning fast. Looking forward to future updates!
