I have a problem with Inspections

User reports:
No current problems

- No fridge option for photos under kitchen

- Needs an exterior tab that starts first before other tabs

- Inspection uploads can get stuck often and require uninstalling and reinstalling the app

- Templates can come out different than what is entered in Propertyware

- App can have syncing issues and may require manual uploading of pictures

- App needs improvement in battery usage and can shut down during inspections

- App has major problems syncing on both wifi and over the phone net

- Propertyware's response time for bug resolution can be slow.

To resolve Inspections network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Inspections App
1. On android, goto Settings » Inspections » click [Force Stop]

Clear Inspections App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Inspections » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Inspections.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Inspections » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Inspections » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Inspections
