How to fix pdfFiller app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the pdfFiller app on iPhone
Update pdfFiller app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall pdfFiller iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix pdfFiller on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve pdfFiller network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

pdfFiller Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix pdfFiller not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the pdfFiller App
1. On android, goto Settings » pdfFiller » click [Force Stop]

Update pdfFiller to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear pdfFiller App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » pdfFiller » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart pdfFiller.

Fix pdfFiller unable to contact server/ pdfFiller internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click pdfFiller » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto pdfFiller » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch pdfFiller
