App won’t open
Dario connects, but when drop of blood placed goes back to "place a drop of blood". Does not recognize that blood has been placed
Logbook data is not creating a sharable file - creates a file with zero bytes.
The email to send data to my computer contains a file, but it has zero bytes in it. This did not happen before, and is a real disappointment in a blood pressure/sugar measuring system I have come to rely on.
I have been using and bragging about the dario system for over two years. Today, after I tested, I saw that the screen had changed and ALL my recorded history, detailed info, etc. has disappeared from my device. I am freaking out - I need help. I called the customer service number, was on hold for twenty minutes, and then hung up on. I tried sending an email and not sure if it even was delivered or will be read. Please HELP.
This morning I got an E5 code after measuring blood pressure . I took the batteries out and reinstalled in the BP machine. The squares never stopped spinning. There was no OK on duspkay.
The software will not connect! I have uninstalled and tried reinstalling it, but it will not connect!
I have had my Dario for a couple of weeks and have loved it. Came home and went to test and it doesn't respond with the test strip. Hopefully there is an easy fix
I downloaded Dario App. started entering info after install. It will not communicate with my Iphone 11. I keep tapping resend code and it does not work. Re-entered my email and still after multiple attempts will not forward my code to open the Dario Glucose Monitor App. What are you doing to ameliorate this problem? When can I expect it to work? Should I just return the Dario Monitor for refund and go with a different product and Blog online that this is not a workable monitor and one should NEVER use it as it is not reliably supported?
The software will not connect!!!!!! I have u installed and tried to reinstalled it and it will not connect!!!!

After inputting information under new app, app crashes and will not open. New app has a bug.
