Printicular Print Photos Reviews

I ordered prints on 1/27, the confirmation email said I would have them in 7 days. After 7 days rolled around, I still hadn’t seen anything so I reached out to customer service to see where my package was (the confirmation email didn’t provide tracking info). They gave me a tracking # and the UPS site to track it. This told me my estimated delivery date was 3 days prior, but that my delivery was still “in transit.” So I contacted UPS. They told me that the tracking number was one they didn’t recognize and to contact my local post office. I did that and the post office told me to contact the original sender. I reach back out to Printicular, tell them I’ve contacted both UPS and USPS and ask them for help- they tell me to contact the post office. In short, I told them, again, that I already did that and I needed these pictures for an event that is now passed so I just wanted my money back. Keep in mind they were pretty responsive before this last email. They have not gotten back to me in FOUR DAYS. How does a company go from responding in less than 24 hours to not responding at all when a refund is asked for? So I’m getting the BBB and my bank involved now. Please do not order through this company.

Photos in my photo cash disappear, or don’t even show up? This can be extremely frustrating when you take the time to pick out twenty photos scrolling over the past year of photos, and find that nearly all of them did not transfer over to the “print” cash.
The sizing option at the end is misleading- it automatically pics a size for you, and if you do not remember to Un-click that photo if you have chosen a different size, then you pay for it. Scammy. But could also be a result of very poor programming..
also, you cannot zoom, crop to fit, or have much flexibility at all with cropping.

Overall HORRIBLE experience with PrinticularPrintPhotos - Walgreens photo quality is okay. Better than google.
I’ll give two stars for it being at least a service that has worked for me in the past when printing a very few photos.
but I’m printing all my photos out through google now- a much more user friendly experience despite much worse photo quality 😑

Please fix PrinticularPrintPhotos and upgrade it to something more reliable, user friendly, sophisticated, and for gods sake, do not auto select photos for people.

If you must have some fail safe, build in some reminder pop up that says, you have not selected a size for this photo, please do so in order for it to print” yada yada etc etc.

If the picture quality is good then I’ll be happy. Even with PrinticularPrintPhotos , I had to select the photos that I wanted uploaded literally 9 different times just to place my 1 order. I didn’t get to upload and get as many pictures as I wanted. I wanted to print almost 200 but I only seemed to get around 85 pictures for it to actually completely process all the way to the end to place the order. I tried the 200 I wanted like I said 8 times before I just tried the 85. That’s why I put 4 stars. It should have uploaded all the ones I wanted the first time. It would just exit me out or not hold the upload which was super annoying. I almost gave up

I placed my customized puzzle order on July 8th. I was not even updated about my order till, I followed up with them in August. I had to wait for 7-8 days for their reply and after much hassle they shipped my order. WORST thing they shipped to wrong address!!! To talk about this issued, I emailed them and till 15 days I didn’t get any answer so I had to email them again and finally after a week I got reply from them saying my order was marked lost in transit. Inshort I was asked to wait for 2 months just to see my package get lost in transit. WORST APP ever used, you guys need to hire more efficient people, upgrade your logistics and good customer service representatives!! I wish there was an option for 0 stars.

I used a special they provided through the T-Mobile Tuesday app . I placed my order and added the necessities . Told I would receive a confirmation email . Still have not after 3 days . Tried calling the two numbers they website provided for support . One completely goes to Voicemail the other just rings out . I emailed them twice to the support email provided . No reply after 3 going on 4 days . Terribly disappointed . It wasn’t about the money but the gift itself and it’s a big let down . Most definitely won’t be recommending them and won’t even think to use their services again !!!!

The biggest headache

I placed an order for a puzzle picture using a coupon that I had and it said it was working then when I put my card information it to pay it charged me the full amount as if I didn’t use the coupon after the order had gone through there was no way to cancel the order on PrinticularPrintPhotos or through the email receipt that I was sent I sent 3 emails to them requesting to cancel the order and they never got back to me it went from being a 9 dollar order to a 32 dollar order and THERES no way to cancel it I feel like it was shady af I’m not pleased with their customer service either because they are not responding at all.

my first order was fine except that i could only print out 8 out of the 20 photos i wanted to print out. but it had no problem other than the 8/20 situation. so since i wanted to print out the rest of them i made another order put in all of the pictures except when i went to click ‘print to walgreens’ all of my pictures disappeared this happened about 9x as i kept trying. it honestly was annoying as i’m STILL trying to figure out how to work this out( i shut off my phone at least 4 times) i hope this happens to nobody else thanks!

I have not printed photos for three years due to not having a good system and my reluctance to figure out something new, but once I downloaded PrinticularPrintPhotos I had sent a print order to Walgreens within 10 minutes. And it should be ready before the end of today, probably in the next hour. Hooray!

I went into Walgreens to print and the process was easier than expected but not all of my photos were uploaded from my phone. When I use PrinticularPrintPhotos, it finds all my photos and allows me to crop. It’s so simple and easy. I will be coming back to PrinticularPrintPhotos again to print photos from Walgreens!!

I ordered a puzzle over 2 months ago I get an email saying I would receive information about shipping in a 3-5 days like normal. I get nothing after about two weeks so I emailed asking about my order and they said due to covid I should allow an extra 2-3 weeks and gave me a coupon to order something else. (I didn’t cause I never received my first order) I let them have way longer than 3 weeks and still no package or order information. PrinticularPrintPhotos gives you no informations about the company or how to contact them.

I love the concept but the product is very poor quality.
I ordered a puzzle as a gift. The puzzle arrived with not all the pieces cut out; in other words a bunch of them were stuck together. And what was worse was the quality of the image I submitted: it was so much darker than the original that you couldn’t even see peoples faces in the photo! I am so embarrassed of the quality that I will not be gifting the puzzle.
I have written to Printicular asking for a refund.
Use a different company to print out your favorite photos if you want to actually display them.

It really took me quite a while to find the pictures that I wanted to print using PrinticularPrintPhotos. But once I figured out that I can create a file and find the file that it worked. The other problem I’ve had is using a coupon from the website on PrinticularPrintPhotos. It doesn’t except the 40 or 50% off coupon

This is a great service. The prints are always good and the prices are great also. They have fast friendly service and if you aren't satisfied they will go out of they're way to try to please you. I have been using PrinticularPrintPhotos for about 2 years and plan to continue until someone shows me something better.

It’s way better alternative to Walmart in store printing because you choose photos from your phone directly & don’t have to deal with computer touch screens your not familiar with. Down side I'm not able get discounts coupons because 1. Their not advertising (like in the website) 2. Your only able to print up to 49 photos a time & a lot of coupons are over 100 print 30% off or similar.

PrinticularPrintPhotos saves my life every holiday and gift giving opportunity! It’s so easy, pictures are ready within an hour (sometimes a little longer if it’s close to a holiday, but well worth it). The magnets are super cute and a fun gift. Very thankful for something so simple to help get my holiday shopping done!

I honestly wasn’t expecting Walgreens to have an app and one that makes it so easy! I thought I would have to download my pictures and save them to a usb or go through some similarly tedious process. And the prints are a lot less expensive than I was expecting! I’m definitely using this again in the future!

I usually don’t have easy success with photo printing apps when printing a large amount of pictures. Normally there is so much clicking to simply find your photos, but PrinticularPrintPhotos got right to the source, click, crop, send! No fuss having to enter in a debit card and can pay at the store. Love it

I don’t know what happened, used to be a great app. I print at least 10 pictures to pick up and mail out every other week at least. For the last month or two ive had to place my order online because PrinticularPrintPhotos isn’t working. It’s up to date, I’ve even tried deleting and reinstalling and no luck. Shows my “recent pics” but doesn’t allow me to select any or even switch to a different album. Whatever you did to this, it ruined it.

I thought PrinticularPrintPhotos would be super fun and easy, especially from all the reviews. I downloaded PrinticularPrintPhotos and went to select my pictures and I wasn't able to view all of the pictures on my camera roll. I needed certain pictures for my daughters school project so it was a little frustrating. I will have to figure out how to print the rest of the photos in a separate order.

Fast uploading and ability to crop photos. App is user friendly. The only set back is not having the option of the type finish. I’m not a fan of the glossy finish. Overall, I’m please so far with PrinticularPrintPhotos .

I love that I get my pictures printed the same day, but, I’ve had a lot of heads cut off. Then I have to complain and wait as they reprint pictures. Would like it done right the first time. But, I will continue to use Walgreens. My favorite store for almost everything.

Very good experience! Easy and fast! I'm so happy you could access from Google photos since I couldn’t transfer my photos from my old galaxy phone to my new iPhone, I had to transfer them from google photos to my new phone.

I just downloaded PrinticularPrintPhotos and sent pictures to be printed. If everything works out then it was super easy. I was even able to change my store so I could have them printed at the store closest to my work so by lunchtime I can pick them up.

The only thing PrinticularPrintPhotos is good for is ordering prints from Walgreens. I have no other options. I opened PrinticularPrintPhotos because of a T-Mobile promotion. I was supposed to get a free puzzle made from a photo. Walgreens does not do puzzles. And to top it off, they have never heard of your company or any partnership as you claim. I even emailed your “customer support “ and received no response. 😡I will not recommend you to anyone and may go on social media to let others know you are not what you claim to be.

Printacular is such an easy and efficient way to process your best quality photographs for framing to display or give as gifts! Its fun and you can get very creative too...with just a few editing tips I can improve the quality of my work almost effortlessly.

I like this app. It’s easy for me to use.I pick the pictures I want. They will email when I can pick up the pictures. I go to Walgreens which is near my office. I ask for help at the counter, pay for them and I’m done.

I downloaded this due to the T-Mobile free photo puzzle promotion. Unfortunately, I was never able to use the coupon to see if this would be a good app/site to use for gifts because PrinticularPrintPhotos would not load past a blank white banded screen. Checking again this morning (after a very short coupon expiration period), PrinticularPrintPhotos still won’t load. I tried restarting the phone and attempted on my wife’s phone also, still no functional.

Love PrinticularPrintPhotos! Just select pictures on my phone and have them sent to Walgreens. Ready to pick up in an hour!
