I have order some photos and have not received anything yet. I tried to contact them and now they want more to join a membership to answer my questions. I'm not going to give anymore money to them. Please help me.
Put in for pictures on 12/30 22 they took my money didn't give me a email on delivery or a conformation number . Can't reach nobody put in 4 e mails already no return responds yet .bad company won't order nomore from them bad customer service and no care for customers.

This is the second time in about 3 weeks that I have placed a photo order only to be told once I've driven to Walgreens that they are out of paper and cannot fulfill my order! My first question is why isn't that noted on your web site? You are allowing people to place orders only to find out the hard way that they are not being printed! The last time this happened I needed those photos for a gift later in the day so I had to scramble around to find another place that would print them out. And the second question is how many times are you finding yourself out of paper before you order enough? I also asked when the paper might be in and was told Friday! I then asked if my order would be done then and was told no because on line orders will delete after a few days!!! I am extremely disappointed and upset about how Walgreens on Ft Apache and Tropicana is handing their photo orders.

I ordered prints on 1/27, the confirmation email said I would have them in 7 days. After 7 days rolled around, I still hadn’t seen anything so I reached out to customer service to see where my package was (the confirmation email didn’t provide tracking info). They gave me a tracking # and the UPS site to track it. This told me my estimated delivery date was 3 days prior, but that my delivery was still “in transit.” So I contacted UPS. They told me that the tracking number was one they didn’t recognize and to contact my local post office. I did that and the post office told me to contact the original sender. I reach back out to Printicular, tell them I’ve contacted both UPS and USPS and ask them for help- they tell me to contact the post office. In short, I told them, again, that I already did that and I needed these pictures for an event that is now passed so I just wanted my money back. Keep in mind they were pretty responsive before this last email. They have not gotten back to me in FOUR DAYS. How does a company go from responding in less than 24 hours to not responding at all when a refund is asked for? So I’m getting the BBB and my bank involved now. Please do not order through this company.

I placed my customized puzzle order on July 8th. I was not even updated about my order till, I followed up with them in August. I had to wait for 7-8 days for their reply and after much hassle they shipped my order. WORST thing they shipped to wrong address!!! To talk about this issued, I emailed them and till 15 days I didn’t get any answer so I had to email them again and finally after a week I got reply from them saying my order was marked lost in transit. Inshort I was asked to wait for 2 months just to see my package get lost in transit. WORST APP ever used, you guys need to hire more efficient people, upgrade your logistics and good customer service representatives!! I wish there was an option for 0 stars.

I used a special they provided through the T-Mobile Tuesday app . I placed my order and added the necessities . Told I would receive a confirmation email . Still have not after 3 days . Tried calling the two numbers they website provided for support . One completely goes to Voicemail the other just rings out . I emailed them twice to the support email provided . No reply after 3 going on 4 days . Terribly disappointed . It wasn’t about the money but the gift itself and it’s a big let down . Most definitely won’t be recommending them and won’t even think to use their services again !!!!
