Good Morning! I watched EWTN LIVE for years Since I moved to Birmingham 10.31.22 I missed a lot of shows due to interference. St Martin's in the Pines provides WI FI to residents and somebody is interfering . The message is the face with it's tongue out.I do not have the sophistication to research and my brain suffers from a treshold when it comes to computers. The app crashed on Roku when trying to play Hidden Shrine. Tried to login with existing account but was denied. Tried to reset password but never received a reset message. Created a new account under this email and set up billing. Returned to Roku apps nd attempted to login with new account. Denied again.
EWTN keeps buffering. Other channels do not. I reset my Roku tv with no improvement noticed. Please help!!

Hello, I purchased the digital version of the Margaret of Castello docudrama, but it will not open or play on my android phone. The movie is there under paid content, and says "purchased," but when I click the red arrow, nothing happens. (Clicking the red arrow on other content starts the other shows with no problem.)
