We havent had a timetable on our stop for months now complained 4 times still no look the stop in question is birley moor rd opposite texaco petrol station going towards crystal peaks every other one as one but not ours my next stop will be to phone THE STAR up as this is my last inquiry so could you help me resolve this issue gillian smith
I can't track any first bus in my area using both Firstbus app and Google map. I have been trying since early hours of 26th November 2023.
I can only get the number 75 from castlemilk no other buses are being shown I only get English buses its crap
Won't connect to the ticket wallet so can't buy one. Everything else works fine so is not a problem with Internet connection which is what the app is telling me.
Updated and everytime I try to open the app it restars my phone. Can't get on it at all.
when i try and look at the live bus updates it is just a continual loading screen and doesn’t ever show any bus times. it makes it very difficult to know when and if a bus is coming.

Upgraded to new phone. App crashes as soon I try to open it. Can’t access my e-ticket and bus drivers don’t accept the receipt email as a proof of a ticket purchase. Sent an email to support, no answer just yet and have to pay for new tickets. Not good at all.
Just upgraded to new phone, app just crashes as soon as you try to open it. Have tried clearing the data, uninstalling and reinstalling, and everything else suggested, nothing works, I have tried on both my phones and it’s the same issue, need access to my ticket that I have paid for.

Just set up a new iPhone 13 and the app crashes on opening, have tried reinstalling and resetting the device multiple times - deleted and reinstalled on another device and have the same issue - app seems to continue to work on a device where previously installed so presume an issue with the current version on the app store?

Just upgraded to iphone 14 pro and now my app wont open so I cant access my ticket. It just opens then immediately closes, doesn’t move past the initial loading screen.

Not showing my buses 12 13 and 13a since start of last week
I have the same issues as those reported above - I deleted and re-installed the app but to no effect - glad to know it's not just me - thought I might have to do a complete restore of my iphone SE 2020. I did reset network settings but that didn't help at all. Do announce when it is fixed please - thanks

Can not plan a route or look up bus times. Could still buy a ticket! But won't until I know how many buses I need for my route. Web site works fine so why isn't the app? Have been trying for 3 days, my journey is tomorrow 7thSept.22
