Every time there is an update more stuff is broken. Don't you even check it before you release it. Doesn't load any next buses. Waste of space on my phone
SOOOO many times, buses just don’t arrive - and if they do show up, they’re just about always late. There might as well not be a timetable, the buses just come & go as they feel like. Maybe this is a unique experience to Bath - but FirstBus is thereby pointless as the buses don’t even attempt to stick to any sort of timetable. It’s just luck if you get the bus... FirstBus is therefore useless.
So many bugs! I could put together a better app.
It was perfect but since O update to ios8 it start close every time I try open it
First Bus Scotland does not update their service change via apps. I buy weekly passes all the time. It’s a waste of customers money if they didn’t get the service they have been promised. I used to take last bus (X38) from Winchburgh to Falkirk at 11:29pm but that service is not available from February and their app still shows that I can get that last bus. That’s very unprofessional and unreliable from First Bus Scotland.
Please add Apple Pay support. People shouldn’t have to set up an account to make a ~ £2 purchase.
This is an easy way to get bus times and see the routes. I can't figure out how to make a route a favorite though. Overall, convenient.
We’ve traveled to a lot of cities and this app has the best app we’ve used so far. 👏

This app is totally unreliable. It started off ok, was fairly good at keeping up with the erratic changes in bus times but is now so off the wall it is of no practical use as a timetable. 'Live' is just a joke.
