I enjoy keeping up with Rewards on a daily basis - the only issue I have is not being able to tell if you won. There should be a notification that comes up, or some way to tell on Rewards who won which sweepstakes or something like that. Also, if there could be an option or way to earn more points for consecutive surveys or something like that, because the amount of points you have to save up for guaranteed 1 and 5$ gift cards is so high it is basically years of using Rewards to earn $5! I have recommended people and they have downloaded Rewards from the link I sent them, but I never saw any portion of their points or any bonus for convincing them to download Rewards and give it a shot - just suggestions to better appease your users - but I love the concept and Rewards itself is flawless.

Update 2: FINALLY received my gift card today!!! Took from 12/17 to 2/2/22 to receive but it finally came. I will update my review to three stars. It is a good app for really not doing much and eventually earning money. Just beware it may take awhile and several attempts to email the developer and/or Apple to finally receive your gift card.

Update: I received an email saying: Nelson Bishop changed the status to Canceled. That’s it. No further explanation/communication. Where’s my gift card in exchange for my 30k points!!?? Rewards used to be good. I’ve used it for many years and it used to pay out benefits rather quickly. But no longer! I redeemed 30,000 pts Dec 17th and still NO gift card. I’ve emailed support through two different emails they provide and no response other than the auto responder. It takes A LONG time to rack up that many points so to then never receive the “pay” is robbery! So disappointing anymore. Steer clear.

I redeemed 30,000 points on December 22 for a $25 visa gift card. I have yet to get it. I have contacted them numerous times. The first time they said I would receive my card in the next few days. I did not. I have contacted them several other times and they are not answering. I just contacted them one more time and I noticed in my app it says that I have not redeemed any prizes. Therefore my 30,000 points are gone. I have all the correspondence with them in emails so I can prove that I did redeem the points. However I still have no prize. What’s up?! This is not a good look for you! But after reading all the reviews I see that this is your MO.

UPDATE: I finally received the reward but not sure I want to keep Rewards if this is what I have to deal with every time I redeem a reward.

After years of keeping Rewards on my phone, I finally amassed enough points to get a $25 gift card. I requested the card and per instructions, waited 2 weeks to receive the card. After not receiving anything in 3 weeks I reached out to support but never received a reply except for the automatic reply that advised me my request was received and someone would reply within 72 hours. After a week, I still had not heard anything and reached out to support again, with still no response. It’s now been about six weeks since I requested the gift card and I have not received a card or response from support. BIG WASTE OF TIME! I want to delete Rewards but would like to hear why I have not received the gift card before doing so.

I’ve had Rewards for about a few years now (2-3) years within this time frame I accumulated over 30,000 points. I was hoping to redeem a $25 gift card ; Only after waiting months upon months after redemption for my gift card to show up in my email, I never got it. So your thinking, why didn’t you contact them ? I did. The (contact us )button doesn’t work in Rewards . Not to mention I went as far as finding all panel app’s social media accounts to see if I can at least contact somebody. After what seemed like hours of looking around I found an email linked to their Twitter. Here’s where it gets fishy I shot panel app an email and it took over 2 weeks for someone to respond to tell me they’ll check on it , then another 3 weeks for them to tell me they couldn't find any redemption for a gift card linked to my account. Rewards is terrible, save yourself the time and don’t even try with this one.

Rewards was OK before and I was getting close to getting 30,000 points. But similar to other recent reviewers, my point total went to 0, and since Friday, June 19, I stopped earning points and the daily amount is 0 since then. I found if I reboot Rewards , my total points gets restored to what it was before. But I still have the issue with 0 daily points since June 19. It almost seems like some sort of bug was introduced in the most recent app update. Assuming that’s the case, I hope it gets fixed immediately. Part of me wonders if it was intentional since a few of us were close to getting 30,000 points & would be redeeming points.

Update on 4/6 - I’m no longer being asked for surveys. When going into Rewards , I get a prompt that says “Your data allows us to provide you with relevant surveys” and asks me to Fix Now or Ignore. I checked my app settings and everything looks good. Don’t know what the issue is.

will not change my review until someone from Rewards answers my emails and sends me my gift cardi have not received. I redeemed 30k points for a $25 visa gift card on september 4th 2021, it is now october 5th, 2021 and i still have not received any emails on how to get the gift card from anyone at Rewards . I have sent 5 emails to their support, only getting one in response from Nelson Bishop cancelling my support request. unsure of why it was cancelled, however i have not received proof of Rewards attempting to send me my gift card. I have proof of me collecting the points, referring the points, and the date and time i redeemed the points. i didn’t want to believe some of the reviews of Rewards honestly and i hope that i get to change this. hopefully someone responds to my support requests and doesn’t cancel them again.
edit: as of october 11, 2021 i STILL have not heard from this company. absolutely horrible customer service. do not download Rewards.

I used Rewards for a few years. Only was able to redeem points twice. It takes forever to get to the point where you can redeem for anything good. Since switching to a new iPhone Rewards barley works. Constantly loosing points. They claimed at first it was an issue on my end and had me delete and reinstall Rewards before they would push it to their “developers” I followed up after not hearing for 5 days and got a less than warm response. Told me not to reply unless it was “nessasary” and not to beg for points to be added because they can’t. I never asked for points or even hinted at it, simply was trying to get it fixed. Because of the rude response I replied back and let them know I would be deleting Rewards . Which I did. Customer service while it is quick they seem overly annoyed and rude at any correspondence. I would not recommend.

Rewards consistently has point earning surveys, but you earn so few points per survey that it takes forever to earn from. Each survey is super quick and easy though, only 1-5 questions usually and only takes about 2 minutes. The questions are either about naming where you were based on a specific location you were at a specific date and time (w/ a pinned spot on a map), or asking if you went to a certain location or purchased a certain item recently. Also, it doesn’t always tell me I have a new survey available. Between that and being a slow earner, that’s why I only gave it a 4 out of 5. Overall, for how little time it takes it’s worth it despite being a slow earner.

I still like Rewards but, at the beginning giving up my time which is as valuable as Rewards creators and I was compensated properly and fairly. Now to get to a prize etc it takes forever and I am not contacted as often as before and I drive at least 5 days out of the week. Updates causes the page to show errors and I loose points after responding to all the questions. This is what they call bate and hook. You start an app like it then it turns to something you just don’t want to waste your valuable time on anymore. One thing creators have to understand without us there is no winner apps and they become deleted. Think about it.

I’ve had Rewards for 4 years or so and had only cashed out once before just to see if it worked. I was contemplating deleting Rewards bc so many people were no longer getting the this app they had earned. Instead of waiting to reach 30,000 points for a $25 giftcard I took a leap of faith and settled for a $15 Walmart giftcard bc at least if it doesn’t work, I’ll know sooner rather than later and can delete Rewards . It only took a week to receive in my email. I have yet to update my app to the newest version. I’ll wait to see how it goes before I decide since the last major update resulted in people losing points even if we ended up getting them back.

So I had used Rewards for a good while and I had racked up 8,000 points, well I ended up not using Rewards for a while and I just got back onto it today and I was looking at redeeming something and I go back to the home screen and physically watch ALL of my points disappear from my points screen. I then closed Rewards and reopened it and gained 100 points back but not my full 8,000. I then went to check if I had accidentally redeemed something but it shows that I still haven’t redeemed anything. This is pretty upsetting considering I was thinking about using Rewards again since I have plenty of time to spend. I’m not expecting to get these points back but I just wanted to write a review to tell others about this if they end up ever downloading Rewards and using it.

Update!! Not as good as it used to be!! When I start collecting for a guaranteed gift you got more prize for less points and they gave you more points. Now it’s like pulling teeth to get points and earn prizes. Plus Rewards is always giving me an error message and stating to come back later. Very disappointing!!

Great App!! Most apps cost money or have in-app purchases. But Panel App is FREE and actually GIVES you gift cards and real money via Pay Pal. All u have to do is keep Rewards running. And if you want to earn extra points you can answer a few survey questions. You are not going to get rich with Rewards. But if it's free it's me!!! I have won $105 so far!!

Like previous reviews you are getting points for leaving it running and answering surveys but when I am in an area for a while I am pretty regimental on my whereabouts until I have a big move like cross country or even a few states and then stay pretty localized so my chances for points become limited quickly; then again I’m leaving it open to better experience for others then again I absolutely LOATHE being tracked too so a double edge for me. If I gotten more opportunities for points or referrals to do a cash out I definitely would give it a 5star rating. On the workability and tech side it has a GREAT layout and easy to navigate I wish all apps were this awesome and that deserves 5 stars on its own!!!

Everyday open Rewards & sometimes it will give you a few questions to answer. I’ve been using Rewards for 2-3 years now. Literally all you have to do is open Rewards every day sometimes they will give you a survey, which has never taken me over three minutes to complete at the most, answer those few questions and get $10 every 2-4 months. Depending on how much you do your part. Unless they change something about the sale I will continue to use it. I highly recommend Rewards.

Looks like surveys stopped coming and my points don’t seem to update. Rewards had an update about a month ago . . . and the last time it worked was just before that update. Others say the developer isn’t responding to inquiries. What happened?! I’ve used Rewards for a number of years . . . this is the first time I’ve had a problem. Huge bummer. I hope they’ll get fixed.

Maybe this was one of hundreds of developers that was affected by the huge fire in France at one of the largest data server companies in Europe? Hundreds of developers worldwide got affected, but you’d think the developer would find a way of notifying users on social media or by email if that’s the case. Another developer did just that almost immediately when they released their servers were down and got notified of the incident.

The 2nd Jumani movie was just as funny as the first one. I was laughing so hard I was in tears. I am so in love with Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart. They are such a dynamic duo and definitely did not disappoint in this one.

The way they act together is unbelievable. I could watch them in anything. I wish the movie could’ve been longer. I don’t want to give anything away Incase you haven’t seen it yet but it’s a definite winner! It’s a must see! And any movie with these two in it is a must see! I could watch it over and over. You will laugh all the way through the movie and enjoy yourself the whole time. It’s a family friendly move also.

Panel app is perfectly great app for taking surveys! Rewards can be left unattended for extended periods of time and doesn’t send you too many notifications for no reason. You can forget about Rewards for weeks without worrying about missed surveys because they have a specific schedule for surveys. The surveys are short and sweet, although they are weird at times. I haven’t collected enough points to redeem for prizes but they have prizes that you can redeem your points for. My only complaint is that Village Inn giftcards aren’t available as a choice of giftcards to choose from!

Okay so I have been using Rewards for a few days now. And the days I travel from home to work and then back to home I get a set amount of points and the days I spend half the day going all over the place I don’t really see any points being earned. And don’t get me started on the surveys I haven’t gotten any points for any of them yet. It comes up at the end of a survey and shows how much you earn and then it never adds it to your point total. And then the Referrals really... I have gotten 6 people to sign up with sending them the link and nothing. I’ll change my review when they can fix a few things. And I will continue to use Rewards for now but as it’s going it’s going to take a month to earn $1.00 I would suggest you screen shot your earnings so you can make a complaint to customer service.

I’m very frustrated with Rewards. My boyfriend starts using it and has already earned his first dollar which is great! Although he sent me a link over text to refer me to Rewards that way he and I would both earn points. When I followed the link it had me sign up for Rewards as usual but then never gave me the option to say who I was referred by. It never gave me the option to say I was referred at all which is insanely annoying to me! Why did I go through all the trouble of following the link and downloading Rewards if Neither of us are receiving our promised points. Maybe I missed something in the contract or misunderstood but to me it’s ridiculous and extremely off putting to offer something and then not provide said thing.

I’ve had panel app for over 3 years and have so far only gotten 1 reward (I don’t do the sweepstakes stuff, I get the “guaranteed” gift cards). I finally was thinking I was getting to enough points for another gift card but the points requirement was increased. I need 10,000 more points now :-( [to put it in perspective, in 3 years and 4 months I’ve gotten about 41,000 points]. It is pretty easy to periodically take a survey but sometimes it asks you about your location a week later and you have to look at the map and really think about where you were. I guess they get money for advertising because it often asks if I’ve heard of a product and which products I prefer. I do feel like since they are constantly able to track your location you should get more points (it’s kind of like having a little spy). But a few extra bucks for people to know where I am and what I’m doing (which is already being done to everyone anyway) is OK for now.

It’s an okay app but don’t expect to actually get money because it takes probably months to earn a dollar. However you are getting points for doing pretty much nothing so I can’t really complain. Overall, I do like Rewards and think it’s worth having (I’m not sure if they pay out and I’ll update my review if I ever reach enough points to cash out). My only real complaint is that I did refer someone and she joined and has been using Rewards but I didn’t get the points. I contacted support but nothing happened. I didn’t even hear back from them. So I don’t know what to think about that. If I got the points for the referral, I’d give Rewards 5 stars because again you’re getting something for basically nothing and I can appreciate that. I’ll keep using Rewards but I’m not referring anyone else until I get my points for the first referral.

Alright this is the real deal because what they give you is gift cards. They are the real gift cards- not fake but real. What Rewards does it tracks your location of those days that you’ve been active and of course a little surveys. Each survey and a little bit of walk if you allow your location to be always allow then it helps as well. It does give you points on the location of the walks you’ve walked and the surveys. HOWEVER it does takes time not only that it’s actually is worth it

You only get anywhere from 1 penny to 10cents per receipt. Also you can only submit five a day and so far I haven’t figured out how they judge why some receipts are worth more than others. I’ve used it in my spare time every so often for the past 5 months (give or take a few weeks) and I am barely over 5 dollars back but it’s free. It works. Any printed receipt . But like I said I don’t use it religiously I use it sometimes . I’m sure if I was on top of it and submitted the max every single day I could prolly have 20$ . Top anyone could make a year doing it daily is probably 100$ or so. It could pay more especially for the amount of offers and ads they have so 3stars

I have had Rewards for about 3 years now. All of a sudden the last 2 months it hasn’t given me my points for anything. I contacted customer service and all they told me was to check the same things over and over which I had already explained that I had done them and nothing is working. It won’t let me create a new account due to it being the same email. They told me there is nothing they can do to get me the points I have missed out on other then creating a new account then giving me An extra 1000 for the trouble. If you can give me 1000 points on a new account then why can’t they be given on the account I have now?!? Just going to delete Rewards all together after I get the pAyout for what I already have.

There is not much an individual has to do to gain points other then go places, take surveys, and recruit others to use Rewards . I biggest issue is the amount of points you need to redeem for the items you can receive. Some time I don’t get out of the house for days at a time and I receive no points. I realize yes, essentially an individual is getting items for free with minimal things needed to be done.....that still does not make it any easier to get the item you want. Maybe time to add more features to Rewards or increase points given. I honestly don’t remember when I started Rewards, but I do know I am just above 2k points which has taken a great while to reach...

Been enjoying Rewards for a few years now. I like that they give you points just for opening Rewards regularly. You don’t accumulate points very quickly but hey it’s free and there’s no annoying ads. You can get gift cards for your points and it’s definitely legit.
The surveys are a little annoying because it asks your location from a few days back and I have a hard time remembering what I did yesterday let alone a few days ago. LoL but their pinpoint map helps.
I gave it 4 stars because I wish there are features on the to accumulate points faster on the ap.

I downloaded Rewards on a whim and let it run. I received a notification from it and discovered that I was accrued over 200 points without even realizing it. If you are in a busy area with shops and overall do a good bit of traveling regularly, this is Rewards for you! It’s pretty neat and doesn’t bother you with crazy notifications all the time. I’m the type of person who likes to have a phone without all the little notification. Number on the apps haha so Rewards has been really nice!
