While I appreciate getting a same day response from your rewards specialist (at almost 10 pm), I think it is absurd that your rewards program requires a receipt rather than scanning the box. I understand the concept of needing proof of purchase, but I’ve been told that your biggest competitor allows you to just scan the product itself. Moms are all about convenience, as our hands are full enough. I do not have time to go to the store where I purchased your overpriced products and have them reprint me a receipt. To not even be able to input the THREE large boxes that I currently have is simply inconsiderate considering we have been exclusive this app customers since day one. Crappy customer service move :/

I'm not happy with Huggies.
My reason is because for one, I have so many this app products from my baby shower. So many, that my son is 7 months old now and I still have yet to buy diapers and wipes. This does also include other brands.
But I haven't personally bought any this app products because I haven't needed to.
I recently noticed on one of the diaper boxes that the bag had a this app rewards points sticker on it. I've been using Pampers rewards for months and have been happy with it because when I finally open bag of diapers or wipes I received from my baby shower, I can use the points. It even encouraged me to buy pampers products, even though I don't necessarily need it. Plus, I've encouraged my friends with kids to buy pampers so I can have their points! (Way to go pampers!!)
But unfortunately, this app no longer accepts points. They only accept receipts. Now, I have no receipts from my baby shower and I have no reason to buy this app products for quite awhile. So I'll be deleting Huggies off my phone, because now it's completely pointless to me.

Huggies is probably one of the worst apps i have ever used. I have been rejected every time when i upload a receipt for one reason or another. They don’t tell you why it is rejected, you have to contact them about it. Then from the email they responded back with, i follow their instructions for the next time to not get rejected, but of course they find a different reason. Then most of their ways to earn points on their app doesn’t work, i had to email them about that too. Now i just want to cash out the points i have, but it has been a week, and all they say is “the request is in the que”. This is so disappointing bc this app works great on my son. All the frustration I have been through makes me want to use pampers more.

Huggies is totally fake! I’ve been trying everyday for over a month. I’ve even tried multiple times a day to log into my account and I keep getting an error message. This morning I didn’t realize I was on “create new account” I typed in my email with .con by accent instead of .com. All day it has been letting me long Into a non existent email but it won’t let me log into my actual account with the correct email. I also can’t change the email on the account that is working because the email “already exists”. They make you take all of this time to get points but there is no way you can get the rewards because you obviously have to use a fake email to be able to sign in.

I buy 1box of this app little movers 120 count every 3 weeks & 1box of 18 packs of this app all natural wipes every other month, every 3 weeks I upload a receipt but I rarely ever get points for my purchase. 4 receipts have been rejected even though I did everything correctly & the rest have just disappeared. I would call or email about it but there’s no contact information so after 21 months of receipts (we’ve used this app little snugglers & little movers since the day she was born) I’ve only been awarded less than 2,000 points. I’ve given up, Huggies is a waste of time but I’ll still continue to buy the diapers because honestly it’s just a d*mn good diaper as are the wipes.

1) you cannot earn points from gifted diapers (such as those you receive at a baby showers), which is a bummer but not a deal breaker.

2) now that I have a very active little one, I really can’t keep up with all the receipts. I mostly use pampers because, in addition to the better fitting diapers for my baby, the rewards system is just so much easier.

I actually stopped using Ibotta until they found a way to use receipts without the hassle of holding on to them and scanning them. They found a way to connect my grocery store loyalty card to their app so that the receipts could be electronically sent. It’s much more convenient and I definitely recommend this if this app plans to continue receipt usage.

I’ve been using Huggies for a short time, but I’m not sure if it’s worth it to keep using it at all. It prompts you to sign in every time you open Huggies . Huggies should be able to remember our info and have us automatically signed in. I’ve had to type in an reset my password more times than I can count. Every time I reset, I have to create a new password I haven’t used before. Also if you just navigate away from Huggies and then go back to it (for example, read a text and go back) you have to sign in again. This is really unnecessary. We’re collecting points here, not checking our back account. There’s no need to have this level of security.

I used to use the sticker point system and then had to switch to this new form of uploading receipts when they reformatted their system. Eventually I upgraded to Huggies . When I wanted to redeem my points for pull-ups, however, I was unable to do so within Huggies . So frustrating. I tried countless times and ended up submitting a claim to customer service. Waited on them and did a back and forth for a bit. Eventually, I had to redeem points through a desktop computer. What's the point of having Huggies then?!?! Convenient to upload receipts. Inconvenient when trying to redeem points. Hope they work on that.

I am a huge this app diaper brand enthusiast. They've always kept my children's skin diaper rash free. Not only do I love being rewarded for purchases that I already make, but Huggies also offers a TON of bonus content. Articles, helpful tips, and checklists are just a few of the added bonuses that are tailored to my child's developmental stage, and needs. It's incredibly easy to use...I just have to snap a picture/s of my receipt, upload, and done! If you provide your email address, this app will also notify you of bonus points that can be earned by purchasing certain this app brand merchandise, as well as emails containing other relative information that can be useful to you. Love, love, LOVE the this app Rewards App!

I love this app Natural Care wipes, and have only one issue with Huggies . I really wish they would switch the way we get points. Pampers makes it really easy by putting scannable codes on diapers, and codes that you type in for wipes. The issue with taking pictures of the actual receipt is that you don’t always remember to take it from the store, it gets damaged (ripped, wet), or you accidentally throw it out when putting your groceries away. In my case, sometimes my fiancé buys them, forgets I need the receipt, and it never makes it in the house. The products are great, no problems there, just wanted to suggest a different way to obtain points (that’s the reason for only 4 stars).

It's really annoying having to take pictures and then they say it's blurry and to take it again. Why can't you come up with a scanner and I just scan the receipt and move on. Or scan the diapers box that I bought, and it has to match the receipt. And I don't think it's really fair you expired all the ones I had saved when entering the codes. I am a busy parent with children and can't stop everything I'm doing just to take a picture so I kept them in a this app Wipe Box and that way I can do it all it one shot when I haw the time. Coming from a busy mom!

Having 2 sets of twins I've purchased a LOT of diapers. However, with an 11 year gap between the sets obviously old points had expired. But, even with 2 kids in diapers for almost 3 years, I don't feel like the rewards added up nearly enough. For what I spent in the last 3 years on diapers I think I should at least be able to get more than a $25 gift card.

Part of this is my fault but also this app' as well. When they switched to receipt upload my points were often lost. Again, twins, like I can actually remember where the heck the receipt is much less the fact that it's probably 2am by the time I got to take a break and uploading a receipt is not the first thing on my mind by then. With the point codes I could do it when I had time, they couldn't get lost as I ALWAYS knew where the diapers were. Just saying. Why did this app do this to us? We're already very busy!

Your diapers are the best! I had my son 13 months ago and of course everyone’s go to is pampers & luvs which I dislike extremely with a passion they just don’t hold up like yours do my little guy can do anything in these and they will always be my go to for baby shower gifts and for my family! Way to go this app! I just wish I would of know about this reward program sooner I’ve bought a ton of diapers in the last year and only just this week realized this was a thing when Huggies was suggested on my phone thank you again I’d love more coupons!! Send them my way this app only momma!

I’m the Grammy of a precious, yet very active, 2 year old. When he was born I made a promise to my daughter to keep him supplied in all his diapers until he was potty trained. I have purchased many different brands of them over the years. The verdict is, this app beats them all! They are the only diapers that have never experienced a leak of any kind. I don’t usually write reviews but I just wanted the moms out there to truly know we have put these to the test against many other (I’m not going to mention names) brands. Trust this Grammy! The best!

So I’ve tried several times to write a review telling the truth with 3 stars and it says every nickname is taken even when I put random letters numbers ... so I say boo on that. Obviously unless it’s a completely positive review with 5 stars you aren’t granted permission to post the truth. Love the diapers wouldn’t ya anything else but Huggies is not beneficial. This baby will be out of diapers pull ups etc before we reach enough points to get anything .
