I’ve been a customer for over 10 years, so when I when I recently moved to a poor service area I dreaded the idea of switching carriers. After speaking with customer service they offered solutions along with a service credit. I thanked the person on the phone for the generous offer but to my surprise, I never received the credit. So when I called Sprint’s customer service to notify them, they said they had no idea what I was talking about. After recalling the date from memory they finally found a note that said I was quoted the wrong dollar amount and that I should wait until next month to see the service credit. The reason I mention this is because the employee ended the conversation telling me that I should download the Sprint reward app for exclusive perks. It wasn’t until I overheard my colleagues rave about, “T-Mobile Tuesday’s” that I decided to download MySprintRewards. After browsing MySprintRewards , I was horribly letdown and unfortunately, it appears so many others were letdown as well. Sad to see that loyalty in a business is no longer rewarded, so I’m now shopping my 5-lines for the best deal.

They owe me money for a deposit I paid, then exchanged the crappy phone I got for an iPhone AND I opened another line and had to pay deposits on both, and that was almost 5 months ago! I have contacted on line reps several times, tell me they can’t do anything about it! Also have gone into the store twice, the last time the manager told me he was going to contact them personally and would call me in a few days and follow up. That was 4 months ago, never heard a word from him or corporate. They were also running a promotion at that time to receive a $200 gift card when you open a new line, which I did, and I went on line and registered the number like they told me to to get the card, and nothing!! Sprint never follows through. Ever. Especially if you are an established customer who always pays their bill on time. They treat you like garbage. Only the new customer gets treated okay, till they sign up. The they are garbage, too! Worst customer service both online and in their stores!! Wish I never would have changed to Sprint from AT and T!! And to boot, the service is terrible!!!

So this is a “rewards” app.? What rewards may you be referring to? Offering discounts is not a“reward”, this can be done on other sites and from the looks of it, the other sites have something better to offer. Aside from that, there is nothing worth while in my area, I would have to travel an hour or more for anything if something I could use came up. I have been a customer for just about 10 years or more now, not the first time I have been disappointed, possibly the last to be honest. Do not use “rewards” in the title if there is nothing we can do to earn points. Definitely a poor marketing scheme that has failed. I read the reviews, thought I would check it out to see exactly what it was all about, another lesson learned. I would highly suggest that MySprintRewards and the title be reviewed, maybe some research on how a rewards program works. Marketing fail in my opinion. All in all, sprint needs better customer service, truth in services and an accurate title for MySprintRewards. Oh, better coverage would excellent also.

I switched from Verizon paying $220 a month. Went to sprint for the buy one get one free and get another line for free which was a lie. We never got a free phone. Was supposed to get credit for each account and that never happen. I was given two numbers to call then was told I needed to register on line for each phone for credit. I was waiting a month for credit and now I’m being told I need to go online and do it myself. It only I don’t get service where I live at I can’t even use make calls without them dropping. And then I’m still paying over $200 a month and I’m being told to get rid of my insurance then I can save money. I regret ever switching and should of listen to everyone about how horrible sprint services was. Now I don’t know how to cancel and get out of sprint . They have my phones I rather go straight talk and not deal with services from anyone ever again.
I’m a ten year plus customer of sprint with more then one phone and all you can offer me is discounts on spending more money? Typical of sprint to always try and sell me something . Maybe offer me percentage discounts off my phone bill for being a loyal customer or how about my insurance be included in the cost of the phone when we are leasing from you paying you more money . Real discounts is what I’d like to see or here’s another one maybe credit for all the calls that get dropped . Again real money savings discounts . I am a loyal customer and to be honest your customer service is very poor . Maybe employ people that actually speak English would be another benefit as well . Or even offer me a job working from my home taking customer care calls so I could offset my phone bill another great idea of a real discount to me .

The news was promising about MySprintRewards, but it fails to deliver. As mentioned by another reviewer it’s just a collection of offers which can be found anywhere. On top of that there seems to be a problem with the page. Case in point, when you look and try to get the Sams Club offer, the page will allow you to enter everything except the billing information without an issue, however once the billing information has been added it will not allow you to scroll down to the bottom and click the “buy now” button any attempt to scroll down will result in being snapped back to the top again. At this point e App is junk.

So here is my experience. Today I got an email about downloading your app and getting rewards. My husband and I have been loyal customers for 5 years, we’ve never missed a payment as we have automatic payments come right out of our bank. We’ve bought 2 phones from ya’ll. Paid in full and I go on MySprintRewards and it never logged me in, in fact I got locked out before I ever got logged in. So it shoots me a message to call you and gave me the number so I called and then got thrown on your voicemail and was told to leave a message. That’s really not the way to take care of your customers. It has aggravated me to the point that I will now be looking for a new phone company. 🤬🤬🤬 So, if I could go live your app a rating of 0 I would.

Anyone working for this company should be ashamed of themselves. Hardly any service and trapped in a contract. Went to return the phone and found out you have to in 14 days when you think you have 15 days. Rep for the company called herself a supervisor on the phone looked at our account, four lines and saw 100’s of dropped calls said she would reduce my bill to $100 monthly plus tax. I agreed and with the saving, went and got a more reliable line with AT&T, keeping my sprint lines and for filling my obligation. BUT the supervisor only lied. My bill is double that. When I called back and questioned no one knew who promised me that (no record of any calls between me and such supervisor) and nothing was ever done. Don’t be fooled by this group.

I’ve never been with a company that offers for u to enroll in auto pay but still cuts your phone off several times in a month after you’ve paid your bill on time. Promise you one amount in signing up but your bill is 3 times the amount or more. Every month your bill is a different price without making changes to the account. This is and has been the biggest mistake I’ve made coming over to this provider... PLEASE BE AWARE. HUGE RISK YOU TAKE WITH SPRINT...THEY ARE SET UP TO ROB YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY. I’ve been a Customer since April 2019 & have major ISSUES ever since. Sad part about it they do NOTHING to support in keep their customers happy when making mistakes on their end. I HAVE WITNESSED JUST HOW SORRY THEY ARE‼️
MySprintRewards was definitely a MAJOR disappointment. When considering all the rewards and free items that consumers of rivaling companies get, I was definitely disappointed to find that a “Free $5 Starbucks Gift Card” was all that Sprint had to offer. Meanwhile companies like AT&T and T-Mobile are offering their customers free merchandise and gift cards along with movie tickets and discounts to their favorite restaurants. I think MySprintRewards definitely needs to have more “rewards” on things and places that people actually use. A lot of the rewards are minuscule discounts at places I’ve personally never heard of and would probably never go to. MySprintRewards is definitely reflective of the “customer service” offered at Sprint which is also disappointing.

When I first downloaded it, it seemed to be decent. None of the offers were spectacular (like some other carriers - Verizon - that had some pretty substantial freebies), but some were okay. However, after about a month of use, MySprintRewards quit working altogether. Currently, it doesn’t do ANYTHING. It’s blank...as in, you can’t see any offers at all. There isn’t anything in MySprintRewards anymore. So either it’s dealing with a major glitch (for a few weeks now), or they’ve discontinued offering rewards and haven’t told anyone yet.

So I wanted to check this out after seeing a few ads promoting MySprintRewards . I was thinking to myself that “Finally we have a service like T-Mobile with the T-Mobile Tuesday’s feature”. Now I’m sure that’s what sprint is aiming for, but at this current moment. It’s ONLY an ap for Ads to other businesses. And the keeper is basically a gift card every here and there from what it looks like. I’m sure this can prosper and do better, but currently unless you want ads for local businesses, this isn’t really good for many people. Hope to see it grow into something more!

Good customer service they help you with questions and concerns I have been with sprint since 2005 and I love it one time I had a fraud situation and person from sprint care help me with stop lots of charges been done on my phone if I wouldn’t be aware of it would of continue but I’m glad they look into it I’m very happy with it thanks sprint and still with them would not change my service

There’s a difference between rewards and discounts. The definition of reward is a thing given in recognition of one's service, effort, or achievement. The definition of discount is a deduction from the usual cost of something, typically given for prompt or advance payment or to a special category of buyers. So maybe MySprintRewards should be called Sprint discount app for stuff most people rarely use or don’t use at all.
If I could give Zero star I would! Very annoying because almost never loads! When it does the stuff that “rewards” can be found on any public site! So it’s not perks for being a sprint customer! It should not be called rewards...because clearly it’s not! Just about of stuff thrown together...needs to be revamped!
