- Cannot confirm reservations or priority hours with out having to log onto desktop computer.

- Cannot confirm reservations in phone.

By mistake I have signed in the wrong box. I wanted to sign in the Tutor box but in error signed in the student box. How Can I cancel and start again. Thank you.

How to fix Cambly app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Cambly app on iPhone
Update Cambly app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Cambly iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Cambly on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Cambly network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Cambly Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Cambly not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Cambly App
1. On android, goto Settings » Cambly » click [Force Stop]

Update Cambly to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Cambly App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Cambly » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Cambly.

Fix Cambly unable to contact server/ Cambly internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Cambly » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Cambly » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Cambly
