Hello Cambly support team, I hope you are doing great. I am writing about my concerns. I applied to be a tutor on Cambly but I was notified that I do not qualify, so I decided to update my profile and improve on it, but I realized that after doing that using two different computers, one did not update. I am confused, do I have two accounts, or it is not possible to use different computers. I would be glad to hear your feedback

Team, I am unable to connect my very first class tutor again however whenever I am connecting cambly to attend class it is getting disconnecting every time after couple of minutes. I have tried 2 times and getting disappointment because of this. No use of continuing if this way is still there and have one more concern on as per my opinion 15mins session not sufficient so is there any possibility to reduce duration from 6 months from where I initially subscribed and increase session minutes to 30mins at least. So that I can continue conversation and can get tasks. Expecting reply from you soon ! Thank you, Subrahmanyam
