- No online cancellation option, and charges still applied even after cancellation confirmation from golf shop

- Price differences and limitations on senior rates and prime days

- App not working properly, with login and update issues and freezing problems

- Overall poor experience with Arcis technology, including the website and app

My app hangs. How do I fix it. I cleared cache and uninstalled to then reinstall it. Broken. Help

To resolve Arcis Golf network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Arcis Golf App
1. On android, goto Settings » Arcis Golf » click [Force Stop]

Clear Arcis Golf App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Arcis Golf » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Arcis Golf.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Arcis Golf » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Arcis Golf » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Arcis Golf
